And you tell us that you approve how Correa has cancelled your free speech, censors all phones and internet? You think this is good? Not too many in Ecuador would consider this a loss. But in Iran it is comparable to having all radios.....stolen by the government. Or your internet monitored 24/7. Or your phones calls monitored 24 hours a day by the state. Oops- Correa already does this and socialists are so pathetic that they think this is normal. This is NOT normal.

Say it again: free speech and open media is normal. Say this hundreds of times a day and you might remember what it was like not so long ago. Cults and sick human beings listen to you all the time. Correa and Chavez demand that you are of their cult. You think this is normal. This is not normal.

On July 9, 2009, the U.S. Democrats in the US Congress refused to review transparently- as US law demands- what their US dollars are spent for at the OAS. The US Department of State said it would be "unfriendly" to apply US laws to the OAS and review what they illegally spend their money on....and how much Insulza is stiffing the US taxpayer as if it is an open wallet. But the Obama team agrees that the OAS must opaquely do what it doe best- lie a lot and help build the Soros family of so called non profit policy gurus inhabiting all ALBA nations now and greedily seeking more Banco del Sur money launderers.  Ros-Lehtinen OAS Amendment Focus of Floor Debate  
 
  (WASHINGTON) - U.S. Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-FL), Ranking Republican on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, commented today on her amendment to withhold funding to the Organization of American States, which was the focus of floor debate for the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2010 (H.R. 3081). Statement by Ros-Lehtinen: 

“This amendment tells the OAS that we will not blindly spend tax dollars on this sham of an organization which does nothing on behalf of democracy in the Western Hemisphere.

“Nothing to protect free elections or condemn power-hungry tyrants.  Nothing to condemn anti-Semitism in Venezuela.  Nothing to support democratic Colombia against extremist groups.  Nothing to fight for the release of political prisoners in Cuba.  And, nothing to support those working to preserve the rule of law in Honduras. 

“It is outrageous that the United States pays 60% of the bills for this organization.  Our OAS contribution could be put to much better use by the National Endowment for Democracy, an organization which stands up for freedom world-wide. 

“If the OAS continues to function as an enabler and protector of tyrants, then our contribution should be reduced to: nothing.”

Note:  Ros-Lehtinen’s amendment would have cut funding to the OAS by $15 million and transferred this amount to the National Endowment for Democracy.  The motion to recommit H.R. 3081 to the House Foreign Affairs Committee with the amendment was defeated last night by a vote of 192-233.

Obama Is Wrong, Wrong, Wrong About Honduras

And still we ask:  what were Soros- Obama's Dan Restrepo and Hillary's Tom Shannon doing so long with Zelaya yesterday in Washington? We hope they were telling him to get out. We hope they were with U.S. Marshalls to read him his Miranda Rights and take him off to jail for the drug kling pin and money launderer that he is. And when will Hillary-Soros and Obama permit the US DEA and Southcom to restart their counterdrugs work out of Honduras and ungag these professionals to report facts from inside Honduras instead of silecing and gagging them? Why was Obama and Soros so trigger happy to shut down counterdrugs work in the region when they had no cause to order cancellation and every cause to stay monitoring and weapons, materiel, drugs and illegal paramilitaries from Ecuador and Venezuela. Any answer as to why Obama is aiding and abetting acts of terror inside Honduras? Anyone?? For two weeks the US Republicans have under law insisted on fact based reports from Obama about Honduras. Nothing has been forthcoming. We hear that Obama and Clinton's team say they are too busy. Too busy partying with the OAS, chasing after their tails and covering for Zelaya and Chavez and themselves is more to the point. It appears as if the USA wanted to get ahead of he facts and alter realities not only to cover their illicit acts biut to engineer more synthetic assistance to paint Zelaya as a great man. Like Correa and Chavez, Zelaya is no great man.
