Chevron Fights its Girlie Girl Past-Moves Past ALBA Extortion Rings

July 23, 2009  ECrisis is thrilled to relay that thus far, the people of Honduras are winning the internecine war against the ALBA take over of their tiny nation. This is a true David and Goliath story. Few have ever gone up against the U.S. or George Soros in recent history and won. So far, it is a win-win for freedom lovers. It is impressive. But as we say- freedom is never free and Hondurans will have to guard their backs for some time to come. These paid cartel mavens fight dirty and they play for keeps. Good luck.

As for Chevron Texaco, we are utterly delighted that they finally got some cojones and stopped listening to their money making idiotic counsel that has kept them locked inside a false law suit inside fake courts in a fake democracy called Correa's Ecuador. Cojones are a good thing when standing up against fraud, extortion and cartel rackets, called justice in the ALBA venues. We hope Chevron wears its cojones with pride- daily, having finally come to their senses.

And speaking of fake adoration… Zelaya had a statue of himself just ready to be placed near 4 Honduran heroes:

Although we are certain that many US Democrats and drug runners are breathing a sigh of relief that Fujimori will not sing too much about drug king pin and trainer thereto Vladimiro Montesinos of Peru and his utter corruption to run drugs out of Peru in concert with the FARC and Hugo Chavez, we could not help but noticing this small extract:

"Former Peruvian President Alberto Fujimori was sentenced to 7 1/2 years in prison for embezzlement on Monday after he admitted illegally paying his spy chief $15 million in government funds....” Read it here.

More on what has yet to be stated and has only ever been factually covered here: the original law suit which was moved to Ecuador by TEXACO is not the current law suit in Ecuador reminding that Chevron's CEO O'Reilly needs a new set:

"Chevron Expects to Fight Ecuador Lawsuit in U.S.
As Largest Environmental Judgment on Record Looms, the Oil Company Reassures Shareholders It Won't Pay

In these days, we reprint here some timely reminders:

The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those
Who are willing to work and give to those who would not.
Thomas Jefferson

It is incumbent on every generation to pay its own debts as it goes.
A principle which if acted on would save one-half the wars of the world.
Thomas Jefferson

I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the
Government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them..
Thomas Jefferson

My reading of history convinces me that most bad government results from too much government.
Thomas Jefferson

To compel a man to subsidize with his taxes the propagation of ideas which he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical.
Thomas Jefferson

And while we are reviewing principled positions which underscore WHY Ecuadorean Marxist despot Correa is completely on the wrong side of history and Western Civilization, Ecuador's favorite drug king pin calls in his ardent pro drug Soros pal, Jose Miguel Insulza to help weave a web of doubt about what we all know are the facts- Correa is a drug king pin for all intents and purposes.

While too many pretend that their actions mean nothing, we are delighted that a US Congresswoman has the courage of her convictions to stand proudly on the side of truth tellers:

Letter delivered to President Obama by Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen on Honduras:  “…I expected the Administration to adopt a deliberative, responsible approach to developments in Honduras. However, the U.S. stance from the onset appears to have been focused on supporting one individual, President Jose Manuel Zelaya Rosales, irrespective of the Honduran constitution, rule of law, and democratic institutions. This myopic, Zelaya-centric approach has intensified in the last 72 hours since reports surfaced that the Honduran military had taken Mr. Zelaya into custody and that Mr. Zelaya had departed Honduras….” Read it here.

And as the Cardinal Archbishop of Tegucigalpa asks the world for prayers while his tiny nation is under seige by the ALBA take over team, Morales of Bolivia mocks the sincerity of Christian prayer while Correa and Hugo Chavez applaud his crude and cynical public proclamations that Christianity exists to anesthetize humanity. We of course pray that all Ecuadoreans demand that Correa rescind his disgusting approval of lying about faith and apologize for approving more lies about Catholicism:

Bolivian Bishops Respond to President's Attacks

Morales Asserts Prayer Is to Dominate, Humiliate. Read it here.
