August 5, 2009 Correa of Ecuador is not only shutting down open media in Ecuador, he is shutting down free speech along with denying accountability, transparency in all facets of government while running drugs- lots of drugs for profit. His is a narco-dictatorship in every sense.
 
More disgusting, Correa has manipulated every aspect of Ecuador's military, aligning it with Hugo Chavez and Iran, as well as ushering in some of Cuba's worst intelligence operators- imports from the former KGB and Stasi teams now active with Chavez's DISIP. Correa calls this diplomacy. We call it illegal spying.
 
While Correa refuses to disclose anything he is doing with Cuba, Venezuela, the FARC and Iran, we know that Correa is in bed with these actors of deceit and true evil because Correa has been releasing now-standard and enormously self revealing, clumsy and dishonest works by his intelligence goons. This is seen in the pathetic and dishonest so called FARC Diaries, which mysteriously appeared from Correa's team- in photocopy format of course. With no chain of custody, no effort to verify the Correa mysteriously appearing FARC diary, you are of course aware that the point of Correa's dishonest machinations is to illegally lie to Ecuadoreans and the world with false evidence to underscore Correa's own supposed innocence over his ignorance that he is in bed with the FARC when Correa knows very well that he is totally in bed with the FARC, Chavez and Iran. Correa's own constitution declares that this is so and although you never read Correa's criminal legalizing constitution, it remains in print today. And today Correa is planning to head up the new ALBA defense bloc, along with the new ALBA financial crime unites as well as the new ALBA shut down of free speech and any other relevant liberty known to God and man. And all this will be celebrated in Quito very soon. We can only hope that Correa's pal Mahmoud Ahmadinejad does not attend: too obvious, too risky they say due to the thousands of on going death by state machine in Iran over Iran's fake elections and evil government support of global terror. Will Russia send its subs to rejoice in the Iran-Correa military team up at the Manta Base? Somehow we think that as with Mahmoud's arrival, Russia will retreat somewhat so as to not tip its hand too much.
 
Today's New York Times reports that two new-class nuclear powered, weapons carrier Russian submarines are buzzing around the United States' eastern waters with at least one heading toward Cuba: "WASHINGTON — A pair of nuclear-powered Russian attack submarines has been patrolling off the eastern seaboard of the United States in recent days, a rare mission that has raised concerns inside the Pentagon and intelligence agencies about a more assertive stance by the Russian military… But the collapse of the Soviet Union all but eliminated the ability of the Russian Navy to operate far from home ports, making the current submarine patrols thousands of miles from Russia more surprising for military officials and defense policy experts. `I don’t think they’ve put two first-line nuclear subs off the U.S. coast in about 15 years,' said Norman Polmar, a naval historian and submarine warfare expert...According to Defense Department officials, one of the Russian submarines remained in international waters on Tuesday about 200 miles off the coast of the United States. The location of the second remained unclear. One senior official said the second submarine traveled south in recent days toward Cuba, while another senior official with access to reports on the surveillance mission said it had sailed away in a northerly direction. The Pentagon and intelligence officials spoke anonymously to describe the effort to track the Russian submarines, which has not been publicly announced...One of the submarines is the newer Akula II, officials said, which is quieter than the older variant and the most advanced in the Russian fleet. The Akula is capable of carrying torpedoes for attacking other submarines and surface vessels as well as missiles for striking targets on land and at sea. Defense Department officials declined to speculate on which weapons might be aboard the two submarines. "
 
Somehow, we suspect that the Castros of Cuba and the communist Chavez-Nation builders called ALBA thugs are happy that Russia has nukes prowling around. Somehow....we think this is a bad idea, smelling not unlike Chile under Allende who was of course merging Chile with then-communist Russia and creating his own communist politburo in the Americas.
 
We know that Correa's illegal seizure of Ecuadorean media is unacceptable:

“…Ecuadorean President Rafael Correa says "many" radio and TV frequencies will revert to state control due to what he's calling irregularities…”

And to add to his growing money making monopoly of radio, TV and newspapers [which he has stolen], Correa wants to censor and shut down free speech.

As it is, Correa wants spies. He is paying for horrible information from his terribly uneducated employees who make wild-eyed, unfounded, incompetent lies. Then again, each and every Ecuadorean is today trained from birth in every home, at work and at school to manipulate and lie- every day. They are trained to pretend that they must listen clandestinely to family members and co workers, as if anyone had anything useful to say. This happens because no one is doing anything relevant or important or productive to begin with. An antidote to this sweeping mental illness in Ecuador is this: go and do something useful Get a job=- a real job and stop pretending that you are too busy. We know you are not- there are no jobs growing in Ecuador- jobs are ending because Correa's laws- such as one might find them- are driving jobs away or stealing from Ecuadoreans. And families fare not much better- lazily doing nothing and contributing even less to their communities except the occasional drinking party. This is not sustainable. Education in Ecuador, by constitution, prepares Ecuadoreans to be... unemployed Marxist protesters. They have no other trained skills nor are they competent to compete in anything except speed walking. You know this.

Alvaro Uribe of Colombia continues to state the facts. This offends those who have much to hide. This from EL COMERCIO:

You think this is a good thing to lie a lot and still spy on your neighbors? Barack Hussein Obama's backer and money man in chief, George Soros thinks so. While not busy selling the world on his special brand of socialism for the little guys while exempting himself from all normative moral and legal boundaries...because he is so special....Soros got his start spying on his fellow Jews in Hungary for the Nazis. He went and lived with the Nazis in order to move faster to collect and sell Jews for nifty sums....for safe passage to the Nazi death camps. Hillary Clinton calls Soros a great American. But Soros has been busy- his paid teams of consultants pop up everywhere these days- working with US ambassador Llorens to reinsert the disgusting Zelaya in to Honduras and to spread more one world Soros-style communism across the Andes with his preferred ALBA garbage. Spying on your friends, your family, your co workers always leads to a state spy system. One always leads to another when nations, like Ecuador, have opened Pandora's Box and all the vermin is set lose. Some call this wonderful and great for business- the business of making money as speculators from de-stabilizing nations. But in this, the basis of stewardship and the common good, anathema to Soros, Correa and Chavez, are abandoned.
