No Mas Correa; No Mas Donziger, Partner to Obama and Correa

September 1, 2009  Long before Chevron Texaco came to its senses and somewhat grasped the concept that the U.S. Department of State was utterly hoodwinking, misleading and ruining its own credibility by lying an awful lot about its made-for-US AID-contractor heaven....because nothing these liars say about Ecuador is factual, we at ECrisis stated fully and completely that Chevron Texaco had no chance- no chance at all- at justice inside Correa's Ecuador. Ecuador under Correa is not a government, contrary to what Barack Hussein Obama and his parrots tell you: it is a cartel bloc under a regime of liars and greedy naifs.

The IBD here is completely correct: whatever this is, it is not justice. Took them long enough....and wasted a lot of time and money.

To the overwhelming evidence that Rafael Correa belongs in jail... and all his cartel accomplices, should be added this nugget: the so called judge- who is not a judge but an uneducated fool and a recent Hezbollah convert to Shari'a law by all accounts, has no comprehension of the law and only knows that he wants to make money for his real owners- the state. Judge Nunez belongs in jail. Alianza Pais is of course a communist group. This is Correa's so called political party- they are all criminals and communists. Why does the U.S. Department of State refuse to state the facts about the horrible situation that is Ecuador? Why are they under explicit instructions to aid and abet Obama's chum Steven Donziger and Correa's drug cartel...embraced on camera hugging George Soros at Obama's Inaugural?

The IBD calls the U.S. government's response as passivity. Indeed it should be called criminal malfeasance or at best: aiding and abetting crime.

“The Law: If there's any doubt Ecuador's $26 billion lawsuit against Chevron is nothing but a scam to shake down Big Oil, check out a new video of Ecuadorean operatives who prove how justice works in that country…” Read it here.

"...ECUADOR BRIBERY PLOT EXPOSED: CORRUPT JUSTICE, CROOKED POLITICS, HEARTLESS ATTORNEYS AT CENTER OF CAMPAIGN AGAINST CHEVRON..."

As for the sheer incompetence of Chevron Texaco's strategy to make lots of money for its own lawyers and lobbyists, we have just about had enough of their stupidity. Here is Chevron saying that they will fight to have Judge Nunez replaced and his past rulings nullified. Meanwhile, Chevron is paying a lot of money for witness protection inside the USA because Ecuador does not. Indeed, Ecuador hurts truth tellers. ...just ask U.S. ambassador Hodges what money she has passed through to Ecuador to help truth tellers.

There is not one penny- she has been funding liars and pro Chavez losers such as election rigging liars, communist party builders from ESQUEL and formal report liars, all the while blocking actual drug statistics and crime sprees from the U.S. public while abetting Donziger's money making scam with protection, scores of U.S. paid contractors to help his specious acts and build a wall of lies about Correa. This malfeasance and abuse of U.SW. monies, so preferred by the blind eye of the U.S. Department of State under the John Maisto-Tom Shannon plan that ignorance is bliss will stop. Letting criminals get away with murder just because you pretend to ignore it....is disgusting.

Here from HOY is what Obama-Correa-Donziger do not want you to know about Correa and his state goons called Alianza Pais, currently co funding with the FARC and Chavez's DISIP intel criminals:

Look closely at this line up and please....do not embarrass us or yourself by lying some more that you are shocked! shocked! that Correa's hammer and cycle are and have been there with Iran in his government for years. And then demand that the US government stop covering up and spending hundreds of millions of U.S. dollars since 2006 to grow this communist cartel, now mobilized.

There can be no case about Ecuador inside Ecuador without a full independent forensic audit of Correa, US AID and PetroEcuador- they are inseparable now. Good luck with that. Correa has even broken the membership terms of GOE with the World Bank, IDB and the IMF by refusing even de minimis audits of his state accounts, currently bankrupted by Correa's incompetence and asset manipulations plus outright thefts. What exactly does the U.S. Department of Soros think they are selling when the sell Correa and abuse State Department to protect and elevate this cartel leader named Correa, who is not a U.S. trained economist however much his joint 18 month Masters-PhD thesis has been available for review for 9 years in all its Cuban communism loving false education and its ridiculous non-academic criteria, called educational fraud. Read his ridiculous thesis- it is a political- not economic- screed to supposedly justify why communism is the best plan for any nation. Correa is not an economist- he is a liar and you help him stay that way every day.

Jones Day as lead counsel for Chevron is correct to call this legal malfeasance. Jones Day is pathetic to even think that the USA and Ecuador cares one iota that Correa's team is corrupt- criminally corrupt. Correa is every bit as much a creature of the U.S. Department of State as he is Castro and Chavez and their mutual goals are the same. But Jones Day has waded in to murky waters on its own and pretends that there will be justice in Ecuador when there will never be justice in Ecuador. Jones Day also pretends that Eric Holder and the president of the United States will back them up when of course....they will not. Just re read Obama's so called USTR posting on Ecuador's ATPDEA justification, most of it a cut and paste from Correa's own lobbyists. You may understand why Jones Day are fools in all that they are doing. They are absolutely stupid if they think that some other judge and some other set of behaviors will magically come their way. Under the current rules of the Correa-Obama team up, there is only one way: the cartel way and nothing will end this until the criminally negligent Obama and Hillary Clinton cease and desist abetting Obama's pal Donziger whose gravy train has gone on long enough...and still Chevron Texaco has not had the grace to even determine where Donziger's 15 + years of high life has come from. Incompetently, Chevron pretends that Donziger lives off charity from environmentalists and advance money from his tiny, and should be out of business, law firm. Logic has always been defied and denied in this entire matter.

For its part, Jones Day tackles this massive machine of corruption with both hands tied behind its back. Look at what happened to Honduras's Micheletti when his team tried to enforce justice: Obama and Hillary stabbed them in the back to further their own operatives out of the U.S. Embassy in Tegucigalpa beavering away for the Chavez-Correa ALBA cartel bloc of criminals. And there will be no about-face from Arturo Valenzuela and Tom Shannon for Jones Day either. They are fools to think that the tens of millions spent today, yesterday and tomorrow to build criminal cartel supports in Quito by Obama-Hillary-Chavez will magically disappear. Jones Day needs, above all else, to take off its own stupid blinders and take off its own handcuffs of stupidity and vapidity. Then and then only might Jones Day deserve the massive pay outs they take from the shareholders of Chevron in a sweet but truncated deal.

Judge Nunez has always been corrupt. So too is Correa. Chevron Texaco did not need to wait four months to so say- this has always been the fact and no one needed an illegal meeting in some Quito hotel with Judge Nunez, now commandeered by Correa's communist spies, sometimes called Alianza Pais and other times called for what they are: KGB-DISIP-Cuban-Stasi trained liars and spies. No one needs four months to know that this is utterly disgusting. But Ambassador Hodges, herself owning a checkered track record as a tool for the Chavez team under Peter Romero- Luigi Einaudi, must be removed and replaced. This is too harsh, you say. Really? Ask yourself- what has she done to tell the truth about Ecuador? The answer is of course zero. She has funded a doubling of paid liars and propagandists to feed the machine of support for Correa's drug cartel so that Hillary Clinton and Barack Hussein Obama can retain their personal pledges to build Soros's own cartels in Latin America to "help the poor" when in fact they...help their own money making schemes.

Chevron Texaco needs to get out of there. Jones Day is mostly right that Ecuador is fully corrupt but hey are mostly wrong in their efforts to help their paying customer because their plan is completely flawed and will bring only disgrace to Chevron Texaco now.. Good luck proving that when the entire U.S. government of Obama, and Jones Day's partners themselves worship and adore the very thing hurting their client: Hillary's State Department misguided under the incompetent Obama and his pet Cuban tool Dan Restrepo. We are not saying that Chevron must not defend itself- indeed it should and must. This is not a public relations matter any more, although their efforts to date are valiant. This is not a lawyers' issue and never has been although Jones Day has been helpful in stating the obvious.

The matter is this: there is no justice in Ecuador and has not existed since Amb. Kinney's time about 2004 when Lucio Gutierrez decided that half corruption was better than none. Now Ecuador is fully corrupt under Correa and still yet not one- not one word of fact based analysis from the USA. Indeed, all truth tellers see their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor stolen, killed off or under massive malfeasance....by operatives from the U.S. government acting through the US Department of State through US AID passing through tens and tens of millions of U.S. dollars to build and retain the Correa wall of shame, crime and communism. Jones Day needs to understand what they are up against and take off their own handcuffs, self defeating and legally malpractice bringing as the case is today.

The whole truth and nothing but the truth will alone save Chevron Texaco. The current and past lobbyists, ninnyhammers and paid outside lawyers for Chevron have two opponents: Correa's criminals and the USA's criminals, many beavering away inside Jones Day itself, however august its reputation but compromised nonetheless.

Chevron Texaco has committed no essential or definable crime in Ecuador. Chevron Texaco has committed the crime of stupidity of late plus gross negligence and has served its overpaid, incompetent corporate lobbyists and legal firms for far too long. The shareholders of that company deserve better. So too do its employees who will lose their jobs and bring down the economy- the entire economy- of California if  Rafael Correa, the cartel encouraging George Soros, and Barack Hussein Obama have their wishes. Perhaps then Correa's mother might feel some shame about what her son is doing and might- just might consider that while all around her in California has gone begging, she alone can no longer pretend to justify what her son has done, never mind that she is so criminally involved that she should not continue her money laundering abuse of their United States of America, perp that she is. Chevron’s sin is the sin of every Ecuadorean alive today as if now adopted by Chevron itself- vanity, ignorance and pride...they believed and acted on advice of counsel that they alone could jigger justice in Correa's Ecuador while everyone else had no justice, lived inside a cartel bubble of corruption but to Chevron, none of that matters...only their win win. Of course when all is corrupt, there is no win for anyone and that is the point. Chevron has operated on magical thinking for too long and does so yet again today. Chevron calls for a new judge and banished pre rigged Correa-Obama team lies. The incompetence of these paid buffoons representing Chevron is that there is no one left in Ecuador to defend them against Correa, Chavez, Iran. It is ALBA justice. It is the new tin pot iron curtain of communist cartel party bloc criminals. To be competent and to succeed, Chevron, like any good surgeon in a fight for life, needs must have and hold a factual dossier on Ecuador to grasp the conditions, the lay of the land. These facts are barred from U.S. companies like Chevron in cooperation between Correa and the Clinton State Department to hide the facts. Just read the State Department materials about the paradise that is Ecuador and try- just try- to square their lies with what you know. And then ask yourself why o why Obama and Clinton sell lies about Correa's corrupt Ecuador. And are fighting back hard today with ridiculous lies in the NEW YORK TIMES and other U.S. newspapers because their pet operative, Correa and Obama's friend Donziger have been caught and exposed as the criminals they are.

Chevron Texaco failed itself and the American public upon whose good graces they do now beg for support to defeat Correa's criminal cartel. To be sure, Chevron refused to denounce the Donziger-Obama lobbyist Ben Barnes, also called the fastest zipper in the West for his paid malfeasance. WHO has been paying Donziger, Barnes and Hinton -Fenton propagandists? Who has been paying the hundreds of paid liars who tell the public daily of the wonderfulness of Correa and Chavez's cartel in far too many dishonest ways? And where is the Aristide-Sandinista-Ortega lawyer for Correa's cartel Paul Reichler? Has he enjoined Obama's paid ghost writer Billy Ayers taking money to sell ALBA constitutions supposedly out of the Miranda Center, itself a dishonest pass trough to fund and feed liars and propagandists? Follow the money. Contrary to what Tom Shannon and Hillary Clinton want you to disingenuously believe, money and payments to cartel builders do matter- they matter a lot. But Jones Day is fully dishonest to pretend that they can win in a land and in a time when and where there is no rule of law.

Since 2005 there has been no rule of law in Ecuador and anyone who tells you differently is either a cartel operative or working for the Soros Department of U.S. State. There is no justice for anyone in Ecuador. There is no rule of law. There is no democracy. There is no open media or free speech. There is no freedom of religion and there is no sustainable education or health care. There are a lot of persons running away from the drug king pin named Correa. Chevron is paying a lot for witness protection. None of this was remotely conceivable in 1995 but 15 years later, an entire nation is lawless and bankrupt.

Here at last is the beginning of a ready-to-use analysis:

“…Ecuador’s President Rafael Correa sinks to new levels after being linked to a bribe scandal….”

“…Meanwhile, if there are any remnants of an independent judiciary in Ecuador left, it needs to look into the explosive corruption charges against Correa and his aides and – if merited – charge the country’s leader for wrongdoing….”

The fault of writers from the incompetent Inter American Dialogue and the vast array of boobs paid through the U.S. governmental propagandists to build cartels in South America  and of course the entire non-reporting liars from the U.S. Department of State about Ecuador is that....there is not and never will be one act against Correa. Writers as from the piece above act all shocked! shocked that Correa has "sunk to a new low." The fact is that Correa has been a low, a vermin, a parasite for all of his life and these writers and propagandists pretend that he was some saint who magically turned bad. This is a lie of course- Correa has always been corrupt and has always been a communist self enriching cartel runner all his life.

To be sure, Correa is a criminal. But not according to his U.S.-backed 9-08 constitution which gifted him with total powers and removed all crime from Ecuador except the crime of free speech, private property and now makes it a crime to not engage in extortion rackets. Correa's partner Donziger calls Chevron's feeble attempts at truth telling a "sting operation." Donziger, who has been lying for over 15 years, is at fault here.

These leftist liars, sometimes called authors or propagandists have criminally gifted Correa with a Maginot Line of evil and have created a zone of corruption, bought and paid for by the Soros actors inside the Obama-Clinton walls of shame. This is not diplomacy. This is not smart. This is not law and order. This is evil on the march, in all its destabilizing, sanity killing duplicity. It is what happens when manipulative persons succeed in forcing all around them to abet their machinations. This is Ecuador today in full and it is untenable. Read the thousands of pages of Raul Reyes transcripts- even he did not trust the fully manipulative Correa team to keep a deal. As a FARC operative and a Colombian, he knew well the difference between a contract and a bribe....and he trusted Correa's manipulators about as far as he could throw them, which involved a lot of protection money. Know your adversary Reyes seemed to say as if a warning from the grave. It is the least that the USA and Chevron should do.

Like Honduras, their voters might take Chavez's planned advice and vote in a Chavez-Zelaya clone because Chavez has just deemed Zelaya as a lost cause, collateral damage so he is ready with a new criminal candidate to do his bidding. The USA thinks this is a great idea for Honduras: substitute Zelaya with a new face and succeed where Zelaya did not to install a new ALBA drug cartel. Remove Correa and replace him with a cartel clone will not satisfy. Like Honduras, there is no stewardship and no integrity in this plan. Correa needs to go but the evil that lies and lies inside his multi-party bed will not magically go with him. That needs disinfecting now, a matter for every home and every school, workplace and church in Ecuador. Like Venezuelans, they are too happy to take the bribes, take the extortions from the Correa state because manipulative living is what they know from birth. Just ask how many Ecuadoreans and Venezuelans today live large off the state hand outs, state graft and state machine. Ask. And then ask them if they want this stopped. Stop the manipulation and install ethics. Alvaro Uribe has psychiatric training camps for people like this- all correistas now need to attend his classes to stop living as manipulative, dishonest ass holes, now unwelcome anywhere... except the USA's White House and the U.S. party of Democrats united now to help Chavez and Correa's cartels.

Chevron Texaco knows what it needs to do. There are three steps remaining if and only if Chevron wants to save its own company and win. To date, Chevron Texaco stands fully committed to lose everything, everything that is except a lot of money for its own paid lawyers whose strategy is as flawed as a scribbled suicide note blaming everyone else for their problems but refusing to  turn matters around for life, for success. This can be done and must be done for the good of all. Three steps. They have always been there for Chevron. We hope they take those 3 steps and thrive.

Three easy pieces- 3 steps to saving its shareholders and the state of California from  bankruptcy. In so doing, they might just set a welcome example for stewardship for the Andes where there is no stewardship- only corruption and extortion. Three steps- that is all.
