Any Democracy not Resting on a Solid Capitalist Foundation is Doomed

September 4, 2009  We are convinced that Karen Hinton, like Fenton Communications, paid propagandist for Rafael Correa and numerous specious illicit actors trying to abjure legal systems such as fake lawyer Donziger in their dishonest claims against Chevron Texaco, among scores of other hit jobs underway in the Andes, is lying when she says that there is full confidence in the Ecuadorean judicial system. She simply has no knowledge of the facts and declares this lie as if from her lips to US president Obama's ear. She is a liar. No one has any confidence whatsoever in Ecuadorean justice since 2004 when rule of law was supplanted with rule of leftist demagogues in Ecuador. It was and remains a seminal moment and nothing, thanks to the USA's Linda Jewell and now Hodges, has been stepped up to clean up Ecuador whatsoever in order to appease the criminal cartels now running and ruining Ecuador, because Ecuadoreans let them... out of greed and envy.

Here is Clifford May interviewing Mr. Gilder from the full article below on the necessity of truth telling and democracy: " Gilder is convinced that the forces targeting Israel and America also are `targeting capitalism and freedom everywhere.' Capitalism, he says, requires freedom — for entrepreneurs, workers, and consumers alike. All benefit because `under capitalism the achievements of one group provide markets and opportunities for others.'  He goes on to make this unfashionable observation: Any democracy not resting on a solid capitalist foundation is doomed."  El presidente Correa demands that Ecuador be in full a lawless, socialist- communist cartel state. In so doing, Correa dooms all Ecuadoreans.

Ecuador has hung out a sign which reads: Doomed and Going out of Business Now. Ecuador under the Correa-Obama team up insists that accountability, transparency, integrity and decency has no part in Ecuador. In fact, greed, envy, massive state manipulations and dishonesty hallmarks Ecuador today. They are going out of business just as soon as Obama will let them and Correa succeeds.

Here from Chevron Texaco is more background on the dirty dealings to make money between the very bribed Correa and his kangaroo justice system, his chief legal counsel in his presidency, his flunky solicitor general and their cri de coeur for "sovereign respect" which they wield precisely following the antics of a selfish adolescent mad, crazy hair stylist ordering upset customers out the door and insisting that the rule of homosexuals in a cat fight is best for customer satisfaction. Only this time these wild eyed bully boys, long enjoined at  more than the hip,  are not wielding a blow dryer or lying about the value of the highly vaunted Ecuadorean prize of in-name only false marriages for political show-only but destroying the entire credibility of a nation. "Judge" Nunez and all Alianza Pais actors are simply Correa-ista idiots on the make and on the take in a land where values mean nothing and creatures with the morals of every predatory gay boys' club reign supreme. Rafael Correa, Alexis Mera and  main Fiscal General-Prosecutor General Pesantez now take center stage, stealing all moments from even the worst scum such as Larrea and his DISIP-FARC boys.

The propagandist, Karen Hinton, working for the Amazon Defense Coalition says that she has full confidence in the Ecuadorian judicial system.... Of course, she has confidence that the Ecuadorian judicial system will rule against the law... Very convenient for her clients.

On the other hand, "...Chevron has consistently asserted that the case has involved improper complicity between the plaintiffs and Ecuador’s executive branch and other legal irregularities. And Chevron has asserted that it cannot get a fair trail...."

ECrisis urges a complete understanding that the perils that can bankrupt Chevron Texaco- and the entire economy of the state of California are boosted by the US government of Barack Obama, currently spending hundreds of millions of U.S. tax dollars in the Latin region to sell and legitimize all that should never be legitimized- that is, the Chavez-Correa-Zelaya cartels. We say: No May Chavez. No Mas Zelaya. No mas Correa:

Álvaro Uribe is more popular than Chávez in Ecuador, reports noticias24

Why do you think that regular human beings seek a real adult like Uribe instead of manipulative hens with all the integrity of a gay boys' bath house to run their nation? Why is it that Rafael Correa has hung up a sign that democracy and justice in Ecuador has gone out of business and why does the USA still lie about this? Here is another view:

“The Israel test is finally our own test of survival as a free nation.”

The United States of America under Obama is selling Soros's own special brand of "social justice" for the masses, as has been the real case in Ecuador between 2003 through today, while Soros snaps up all mineral-oil contracts after enjoying price slides following crude offshore speculative gambits. There is no crime in the commendable buying low and selling high but there is a massive evil when whole nations lie to themselves about their own futures while debasing their souls to making the best the enemy of the good.

Here is a superb analysis of the Soros-Obama plan to destroy confidence in and from the USA:

"The Obama administration is using its brass knuckles to support Latin American thugs..."

While Soros hides behind dishonest reporting from his own contractors in the Americas and an estimated 95% of all president Obama appointees such as National Security Advisor and sheer scapegrace Dan Restrepo, Soros has been known to embrace and air kiss Chavez and Correa ambassadorial dignitaries who seek to kiss his ring as if their Pope of fabulousness. The people of Colombia finally see through all this, contrary to what Soros and Chavez and Correa are selling, and understand that jumping in to bed with bad actors, morphing whole nations in to criminal cartels and gasbagging around on Chavez's jets loaded with paid girlie-girls as Zelaya does makes for debauched and adolescent "foreign relations" which Obama-Restrepo believe is their special mandate- to help Soros enjoy cartels in Latin America. Here is what the Soros-Obama team repulsively dreams of and pays lots of U.S. tax dollars to promote and protect:

The Wall Street Journal reported today that following Honduran Zelaya's tete a tete with Obama's Clinton, "Mr. Zelaya said he appreciated that Mrs. Clinton had ‘made it clear' the U.S. wouldn't recognize any government arising from elections held by the interim government. `This sends a message to the de facto government that it is alone, totally isolated,' a statement issued by Mr. Zelaya said. Echoing President John F. Kennedy, Honduras's Interior Minister Oscar Raul Matute said, `We will pay any price, support any friend, oppose any enemy to assure the survival and the success of the liberties of our people and of our democracy.'"

Matute- not George Soros and all his blow-dryer toting idiots-  gets the ECrisis hero of the week award.
