September 27, 2009   Quoting a line from British author A.E. Housman, we again say: Correa and Obama/Soros's assault on Chevron Texaco has all the hallmarks of the stupidest, most dishonest scams in history, outpacing even the Bernie Madoff effrontery, successfully scamming persons of their money because no one- no one at all- chose to do routine fact checking or due diligence at all. Correa's Ecuador has relied too long on the failure of the USA and all free nations to have and hold real facts, a fulsome White Paper- a real dossier on Ecuador. The USA requires this and has patently decided to pretend that the facts do not matter when they do. This is rank, adolescent stupidity...and enables more corruption. This is of course what happens to a people- the people of Ecuador, who live and breath and have their being by pretending that honesty never matters and that the art of manipulation is the only thing that matters.
 
Integrity matters. Just ask Rafaelito Correa's esposa... the now doomed bride just how far her husband's justice will get her in the face of her effrontery to prefer the tender mercies of the Ecuadorean Air Force. Correa's special justice, with all the integrity and honesty of a Quito Gay Man's Bath House, runs death camps- jail sentencing- for any who dare to lift the veil on Correa's monstrous incompetence and dark secrets.
 
For our part, we have no sympathy for Mrs. Correa: she enjoyed the fruits of her labor, which amounted to the sum total of birthing two children and relying on her Marriage in Name Only protection racket, while failing in every way to be honest about her very very dysfunctional, very dishonest marriage. She needs a divorce. Rafaelito needs a psychiatric stay for a very , very long time. This is what happens when false and manipulative persons legitimize dishonest marriages- it is always about the money and never leads to anything healthy. Just ask the Ecuadorean Air Force. How safe are their officers today? Enjoying your democracy these days?
 
And how much justice will Mrs. Correa have and hold under Correa's swat team of non justice, his pony boys named Alexis Mera and Sr. Pesantez? Will she have to file at the OAS court or the Hague to find something remotely resembling justice from her own husband who does deny justice for all? What will she do? Retreat to Belgium and her EURO RED chums? She is all boxed in- by her own hand. How many Quitenos will defend her? The answer is zero. And the reason is that they are afraid of Rafael- afraid to lose their bribes and extortion ring monies he gives out, which has bought their souls. Just ask the immoral EL CHIOPPO how things are going, bribed that he is. And still we ask of these freaks- Correa and Gadhaffi: who is bribing who here?

And you think this makes Correa look worldly-wise? His chums are Venezuela, Iran and Libya. Hardly selective reasoning.

Or as Newt Gingrich says here, anyone in the USA who thinks that.... Correa is a friend, an ally of the USA is delusional.  Indeed.

The Financial Times reported on Chevron versus Rafael Correa's non-justice and Barack Hussein Obama's chum Donziger's ridiculous corruption case, "'Because Ecuador’s judicial system is incapable of functioning independently of political influence, Chevron has no choice but to seek relief under the treaty between the United States and Ecuador,' Chevron said."

The article here reports disingenuous advice from Correa's lawyers at the horrifyingly dishonest law firm Winston & Strawn, "Chevron should be focusing its attention on the Amazon Basin residents who filed the lawsuit, rather than the Ecuadorean government, said Neil Mitchell, a partner at Winston & Strawn LLP who is helping to represent the government. `I assume Chevron is getting a lot of pressure, maybe from their shareholders,' Mitchell said today in a telephone interview. `They are clearly feeling a lot of pressure.' Yes, Mr. Mitchell...no doubt the third largest employer in the United States of America is finally waking up and wondering why the president of the United States wants them bankrupt and why the US Department of State under George Soros and Tom Shannon have deemed Ecuador better off as a lawless Chavez-cartel, also called never stating the facts about Ecuador to pretend that lawlessness is far better than lawfulness. The USA's co-funding with Chavez of Ecuador's 9-08 ALBA constitution reflects the low point in the incompetence of Mr. Tom Shannon and his US AID-Soros actors, currently doing the same thing in Paraguay after the seeming failure- as locusts- in Honduras, much to the upset of Hillary Clinton, Manuel Zelaya and Dan Restreppo. Yes- the Chevron shareholders are upset- wondering why the government of the USA is determined to commit treason- against its own and sell out all values to the urgency of communism, also called ALBA justice of and by cartels. Winston & Strawn are shameless in enabling Correa and his gang of liars to proceed. King and Spalding, albeit nice enough, are no match against Obama-Soros-Correa, who are indeed on record as mutually interdependent because no one- no one at the US administration cares to honor his or her role as a truth teller. They need to be fired. They are ad disgrace.
