To Serve Man, Correa’s Feast of Judeo-Christian Mores, Skewered and Flame Broiled
March 28, 2010 All good writers of fiction- and even some historians- succeed like Cervantes in telling a good tale which survives because something deep inside each of us resonates and travels with the story. Even Gabriel Garcia Marquez’s fiction is wildly popular, not because he was a Cuban Marxist advocate until he almost dies of cancer whereupon he instantly converted to the glories of non-Marxist medicine for his cancer care, as each Marquez story, through the divine gift of grace, takes us to another level- another place almost as if on a magic carpet although we remain seated in our cozy reading chair.
Good writers and good drama expand our thinking. We at ECrisis are not advocates for the genre of science fiction or the myriad TV and movie tales of aliens and horror. We do not commend conspiracy theorists, New Age perverts of the fake, fat goddess Pachamama, mostly found in drugs paraphernalia shops as if the divine goddess of all delusions, addictions, and stupidity- currently called by Rafael Correa as the dishonest state religion of Ecuador, and we do not appreciate the Global Warming liars or those who claim to have been abducted by space aliens. Many of our readers have seen old TV show re runs…currently the USA’s Law and Order series which goes on and on in Latin TV rerun heaven.
The provocative article that follows expresses valid fears of dishonest, manipulative regimes which end freedoms by reviewing another old TV fiction series. These tales notate that good men are repulsed by those who take away that which is not theirs to take away and rightly so. Rarely does the feeding frenzy of power self-correct. Power can be an addiction- the be all, end all which once savored is hard to break. Good men do not seek power but instead common sense remedies to problems. It is a distinction.
No Ecuadorean today is not aware that right now, Rafael Correa is preparing to sustain his team in power in perpetuity. This August will probably see yet another congress, this time chirpily called the Assembly, replaced with hardened party liners from Correa’s rusting Pink Curtain. As it failed to do twice before, the OAS will fail itself once more and fail to denounce Correa’s self coups against his own congress, blessing Correa’s mess by their acquiescence, their moral support for the immoral and their complicitous blind eye. Or as Mrs. Clinton recently opined, the best ever OAS, best served under the idiotic Insulza, himself appearing always and everywhere like a cheap hotel. For his part, Correa will explain that he had nothing to do with this and it was the will of the people. Correa will spend a lot of money to boost his ratings and pretend that the people alone want him in power in perpetuity.
Correa is an addict to manipulative Ecuadorean living. Nothing satisfies these addicts unless and until one and all either enable their childish manipulations or support and enthuse over their vapidities and failures to grow up and do one thing honorable. What these addicts actually need is to be shunned, outed, treated and definitely barred from stewardship, leadership and power because they are always addicted to the one thing- themselves- and their dishonest, manipulative acts reveal their mandate to obedience to their goofy jealously childish behaviors. Correa tells us that he exists to serve mankind- his family and his nation.
Correa actually exists to serve himself in his unending selfishness, now a disgrace for his failure to serve anyone but himself, a very few random inchoate efforts aside.
Here is a sci-fi TV show re run review in this instance focusing on another unhappy importation to the USA: dishonest, honor-free Marxist activities:
"...To Serve Man
“The Kanamits are a race of aliens who arrive on Earth and present themselves as saviors of humanity: eradicators of hunger, disease, and war. Over time, even the skeptics jump on board the bandwagon of hope when they translate the title of a Kanamit book, To Serve Man. They too begin to believe the intentions of the Kanamits to be sincere. As a human prisoner on board the Kanamits' spaceship realizes that he is not on his way to Eden, but is instead about to be served up as dinner, he looks at the camera and says, "How about you? Are you still on Earth, or on the ship with me? It really doesn't make very much difference, because sooner or later, we'll all be on the menu...all of us."
While many Americans belatedly understand the true meaning of The Audacity of Hope, the left is still scrambling aboard the ship that they hope will arrive in paradise. The rest of the country is fighting back against the "Obamanits'" desiring to eat us all for lunch.”
While Correa is busy telling you that he exists to serve mankind, like these space aliens, his dis-service to Ecuadoreans is worthy of removal. Correa has bankrupted Ecuador and his expensive propaganda mill and cash bribes to boost his popularity show how easily seduced are men and women of no moral standing. Correa has driven away jobs, investors and all sane features of sound government….because he can. He calls this serving mankind and the poor but he in fact demands that mankind….serve him. That is not service nor leadership. It is ruinous...." Read it here.
