A Nation of Co-Addicts to Dishonesty Will Keep on... Being Losers Undeserving of Respect, Correa Demands Respect

April 1, 2010   The old adage, `justice delayed is justice denied’ means just that. Free peoples do not desire to have incomplete justice, improper process and denial of a right to a speedy trial. To be sure, most Ecuadoreans have never considered the virtues of an open, transparent legal system, preferring instead their pathetic and incompetent system of “proofs” – arbitrary, goofy and manipulative- as is the Correa system of non-justice. In fact, there is no justice when the parties are manipulative. Justice subscribes to the facts and applying codes of law to uphold agreed-upon codes of behavior. When codes of behavior exist only to be manipulated, there is no justice.

Correa has insisted that Ecuador enjoy his version of justice, along with his version of finance and governance, which of course means some of the most dishonest, incompetent and corrupted silliness. Although he is certainly not an economist- not even a financier, Correa is definitely no one who comprehends or appreciates the concept of even handed justice. Like all else in his tawdry little life, the law is set for his manipulations. This, as all families of addicts know, is an expensive way to look at the world. And Correa is expensive- and getting more so each day. Can you afford to keep such a prissy little manipulator and his Pink Boys ensconced for their pleasure and corruption? Is it really that important to you to suffer a primary relationship with a ninnyhammer, undereducated, lacking in common sense and decency and fully addicted to lying? Is that a good thing? Can you afford to employ this creep? Do you need to continue the false face of respect for this cheesy adolescent just because you are told you MUST offer up respect for the very thing that is impossibly dishonest to respect? Respect demands integrity. Respect for people like Correa is a mandate to love the dark, revere the evil and uphold the very thing that is dishonest and does not respect you. We are told we MUST respect Correa even though he does not respect you/us and of course this one-way street is about as stupid as one can imagine. Respect is a two way street and never ever ever thrives just because one is the better liar and manipulator or plays the better game of whining, manipulating and deserving no respect except for their emotional flooding scenes overwhelming respectful adult integrity to the point of psychosis. Why make the best of the enemy of the good? Why not love the good and walk away from the dishonest? An entire nation succumbing to the demands that false relationships must be respected and revered [or jail sentences follow] is a false mandate to societies, families and governments. We are past Correa’s end to justice and free speech and well in to Correa’s demands that society revere his evil for no reason whatsoever except… his title. Ecuadorean laws mandate that all citizens enable Correa to continue storm trooping through sensibilities and integrity, forcing all to praise and revere him when he deserves none of it. Like fake marriages in name only, Correa insists his citizens love him because he is their partner. We remind that as with all manipulative marriages, Correa only offers up a cold bed of no mutual respect or integrity. Correa’s bed is already crowded anyway with his preferred bed mate: his over inflated childish, narcissistic little self, now screeching and screaming- demanding your adoration and money. And insisting that no one else ever ever be allowed to comment or be above him. This is a false marriage. A false relationship and a fake presidency.

Ecuadoreans like to tell us this week that Correa’s only problem is that his medicines must be adjusted. Are you serious?

Correa’s only problem is that you enable him and cover up his non-leadership. Enabling goofy manipulators like Correa perpetuates not only your own misery but his, too. Correa’s other problem is that he is seriously dishonest and all around him not only are themselves- as if a job requirement- but enable Correa’s crimes even more. Correa must be seen with the facts: he is an adult child of massive manipulators, drug criminals and scam artists. Correa has never known anything but the high art of being an adult child of addicts. There lies whole psych profiles of persons like Correa. He is unfit for partnering and unfit to live in the Palace, now the Pink Palace veering in to the realm of Cuban proxy perversities. And just quit telling us that Correa is a Catholic. Just stop it. We all know that every single Ecuadorean lies and manipulates his or her own Catholicism to wear their sanctity as a fake badge of self declared sanctity while forgetting entirely the essentials of what they are supposed to be doing. In fact, to be a decent Catholic means one should stop manipulating all around them and grow up with some integrity no matter the age.

And so we come to one of seven Chevron matters about Ecuador. None of this needs to be happening. All of this is Correa’s problem and he has utterly defiled Ecuador by teaming up with the worst sorts of liars who game environmental sensibilities, protecting the environment not a bad thing in and of itself, to lie a lot and try to extort and bankrupt a company which did nothing wrong in Ecuador but has suffered from Rodrigo Borja’s original Cuban-Marxist style nationalization thefts with brief moments of short lived governance until Correa took the power levers in his hands and has spent millions lying about who and what goes on inside Ecuador to aid and abet this crime spree of his government, currently spending millions to wage a racketeering war against Chevron. It is remarkable that even the Hague comprehended that justice denying due process is not justice at all. But the Hague/UN courts have much to prove in their own never ending efforts to persuade the world that their justice is what the entire world needs when the inverse is true. But even the unstable Hague system understood some of the Chevron matter- for now. And that is a good thing.

The AMAZON POST here  noted a few of the current news articles about the UN arbitral court ruling out of the always-liberal Hague. We post this for the convenience of clicking to the court’s actual ruling.

Ecuadoreans are told they MUST respect Correa’s behaviors, never complain as he listens at key holes, makes up tales about other people, controls all around him through his personal mental problems, demands reverence and is never an adult steward about anything. Oh sure he is clever- he can order ladies and men to make his silly clothing, adorning his shirts with ridiculous designs- as if he is  some new Pachamama acolyte. He is a self inflated, insecure and abusive partner for anyone or anything. Why should anyone respect Correa who is undereducated, childish, vain, vapid and manipulative? Why must you respect him as he has never done anything and spends your money? Why? And just where is Ecuador’s money? Do you have a clue why the world refuses- outside of Correa’s overpaid public relations schemes- to welcome Correa?

Did Correa keynote at Davos with economists? Never mind- one day he will, thanks to his team up with dirty speculators and his paid protection with Soros’s own Joe Stiglitz. Did Correa address or garner any respect from any non-indicted investor on Wall Street? No- Correa only works with the slimiest.  Does anyone outside Ecuador like Correa? No indeed not. The real world- outside the Soros teams- tells it like it is: they tell us that Correa is a joke, a mentally sick person who manipulates all around him. But because you are co-enabling Correa, you do not get this. You think those who do not revere Correa are the problem. You are a co-addict and as long you are a co addict, you are part of the problem and are no longer honest or worthy of respect.

But hey! Cheer up! Flying to Quito on Easter Sunday, comes your new co-enabler public relations pal, Arturo Valenzuela to tell us all that Correa’s paradise is fabulous and that Correa must be enabled to continue copying Cuban communism, like his idol Allende of Chile- never mind that Allende’s communism destroyed Chile. Arturo, like a bride in a bad marriage, will help you feel better that you have enabled this dysfunctional marriage with Correa- even as you know that it is not working and is dysfunctional.

Arturo will join the Chavistas to tell you that the USA will co fund your new Cuban communist school curricula and will help you finish sensible education once and for all. Better yet, Arturo will listen to the utterly brain-dead avatars of dishonesty at the Ecuadorean American Chamber to tell him that Correa is just great- as long as Correa keeps the bribes coming and as long as Correa does not yet steal from one and all. And oh, they will- as they have for years- disgustingly tell us all that Ecuador is a great ally of the USA as long as the US gifts the ability of Ecuador to charge hidden fees to Iraneans to launder money in to dollars and to enjoy the gift of free trade which is not reciprocated. And of course they demand expanded new deals with the USA, including the new demand that Correa have Obama’s respect too. And of course the USA should join their dark side and join UNASUR. Now- the last two points are not hard for Obama to do but no sane human should enjoin these scams.

It is a true fact that those who do not deserve respect are always the ones who demand respect….through threats, more ugly emotional tirades and threats of jail and fines. Persons worthy of respect live full lives of integrity- not manipulation. It is a huge distinction and one worthy of notation. Correa is too expensive and has bankrupted Ecuador, making a mockery of the word leadership, stewardship and integrity.  People like Correa never self-heal. Look for more international disgrace for Ecuador, the enabler. You get the partner you want….until one fine day you might look at yourself and ponder- how do I get out of this mess? Ask the Hague. They seem to have one of the answers.  ECrisis, for our part, will be here- laughing at you every time you defend Correa the manipulator. You should be ashamed for co-enabling. You can earn some respect by being honest and ending your own addiction to enabling manipulators. It is a good start.

Understand this: like all addicts to manipulative living, anyone who dares speak with adult truths are barred. That is what addicts do. Correa and all his gag laws, his take over of the media and free speech feels natural to him because he is an addict to manipulation. Co-addicts to these mentally sick persons, like families of alcohol or drug addiction, know what this syndrome is. And that is why free speech has been so successfully banned in Ecuador because, like Correa, this is normal to you because it is how you live your own life. This is abhorrent and is a disgrace. It is also what the world sees even though you refuse to see this yourself. In no way does this mean that the world hates Ecuador. It means that the world is repulsed that you permit/enable this manipulative living which no one likes but you. You bring dishonor to your own.

And now Correa’s paid public relations hacks and a bottom-rung US university will conjure up some fake award to Correa for expanding free market trade in Ecuador when Correa hates open markets and despises freedoms. And you-? You might believe that the USA loves Correa because a cheap school lies about who and what he is. You need to understand that this university has spent no time on actually holding the facts about Correa and what his criminally –driven regime does. They do not care- the PR game is underway. And besides, they too think that lying and deceiving like all good Cuban communists is a good thing. What’s next-? The University of Illinois bringing you their Obama and welcome White House infiltrator, ghost writer and so called Cuban educator in chief- Bill Ayers through US AID contracts? There are no coincidences but the Ayers name keeps underpinning the University of Illinois where he works, his paid work for Chavez’s ALBA Cuban constitutional and educational mills remains in need of fact finding. But we do know that the school of Bill Ayers will reward Correa on April 8….a man who has destroyed Ecuador’s economy and has sworn allegiance to replicating Castro’s Cuban communist cartel.  Obama’s dear friend and writer, Ayers works with Chavez and probably now Correa.  The Pink Curtain is growing, probably soon co funded by the USA.

We read below of the SHOCK! SHOCK! That Ecuadoreans are SHOCKED!  that the international world considers you/Ecuadoreans enabling of the manipulator not a good thing. Of course not! But you are so wedded to protecting this devious little manipulator that you cannot see the straight of the thing.

Oddly, you might consider thanking Chevron for helping you to understand your personal dysfunction, now mirrored on a large scale in the entire nation.
Chevron has sworn in the media that they have no interest in serving, like you, as a member of this dysfunctional family of Correa manipulators.

Good men and true do not enjoy the stupid disgrace of manipulators, sometimes called extortion racketeers, now demanding respect- or jail.
Just try thanking Chevron. You might feel better.

Chevron wins $764M in Ecuador claim
by BGR on March 30, 2010

Chevron Oil (NYSE: CVX), based in San Ramon California, announced it has won $764M in its ongoing arbitration battle with the government of Ecuador concerning that government’s claims of massive environmental damage related to past oil operations by Chevron’s subsidiary, Texaco Petroleum Company.
The tribunal, based at The Hague, ruled that Ecuador’s courts violated international law with delays in ruling on commercial disputes between Texaco Petroleum Company and the Ecuadorian government. The tribunal ruled that Ecuador’s strategy of delay had violated bilateral treaties to provide due process for claims and enforcing rights.
Yesterday’s ruling resolves just one of seven claims between Chevron and Ecuador, which is suing Chevron for as much as $29B for damages allegedly caused by Texaco to the Amazon rainforest between 1964 and 1990.

Rare Win For Big Oil

The Law: An international court stunned Ecuador by ordering it to pay $700 million to Chevron for failing to honor treaty obligations. It's a jolt for the banana republic, which has gamed justice for years: The bill is due.
For Ecuador's President Rafael Correa, courts are a money tree from which to shake cash from "greedy" Western corporate investors.

In the mother of all conflicts of interest, his government has cheered on a $27 billion lawsuit by jungle activists against Chevron in Ecuador's own courts, claiming Chevron polluted the country and anticipating a cut of the expected winnings.
In that case, an Ecuadorean judge was caught on tape telling an oil contractor the fix was in about his coming ruling.
Instead of dropping the case as tainted, Correa sped forward, howling about "injustice," trotting out naive movie stars like actress Daryl Hannah to boost publicity, and using the anticipated payday as a substitute for economic development.
But Tuesday, Correa got a shock of reality from the Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague, which ordered his government to pay $700 million to Chevron in a separate lawsuit.
