Correa’s Partnering of the People of Ecuador in His Self - Enriching Crime Spree

May 5, 2010 President Correa’s sustained activities to self enrich off the lead actors, sometimes called environmentalists when indeed they are not- they are lawyers demanding money in the name of environmental clean up in Ecuador- has come out of the closet in his team  up with these fake environmentalists seeking money.

We say these are fake environmentalists suing Chevron in Ecuador because they are. Every single scrap of data on the so called spoiled environment outside Lago Agrio Ecuador is faked, ginned up, a fraud in general. One can only conclude that these fake environmentalists are fraudsters who lie a lot.

As for Chevron Texaco, their claim is that the law suit against them- brought by the fake environmentalists and about a scant baker’s dozen so called indigenous of Ecuador with no medical proof, no legal claim based on any known science- is a fraud. A false claim. Rafael Correa has stepped up his activities to insure that Chevron is defrauded in Ecuador, by some of Ecuador’s worst fake judges that he controls, in the worst narco-border town called Lago Agrio. Correa has poured citizens’ monies in to boosting the fake law suit, doing all he can to assist in this fraud at the citizens’ expense. Correa has gifted the use of his paid public relations teams, he demands that UNASUR of his Cuban communist ALBA bloc stand united to boycott Chevron and he has gifted the law suit with his own, single fist of illicit power of the state. He has sent Pesantez to declare that all past inquiries in to the settlement and release of Chevron for liabilities is now ripped up.

Worse yet, Correa has seized all PetroEcuador documents, texts and materiel for his own- in the middle of a trial- and will now defraud all extant facts about the matter, rewriting every scrap of evidence for the trial to his fake facts, deleting and omitting inconvenient truths. This is how Correa’s so called justice serves in Ecuador: to manipulate, defraud and debase all that truth telling represents. Correa shows himself to be a fraudster in bed with the fake environmentalists and should-be de-barred U.S. fake lawyers because this small group wants Chevron’s money and they are fraudulently spending millions of Ecuadorean tax dollars to extort money from Chevron Texaco.

There is only one thing for Correa to do: shut down this law suit in Lago Agrio against Chevron and apologize to the people of Ecuador for plunging them in to this scam which costs them more than his own inner group’s alliance with fraudster Stanford whose fake investor scam was hawked by Correa’s chum Ivonne a Baki even as Peter Romero served to make money from Stanford and legally served on his Board. Scum like this need to be stopped before they de-fraud again.

There can be no question that the government of Ecuador needs to clean up its oil pit mess outside Lago Agrio. It also needs to stop welcoming and expanding the FARC vermin inside Ecuador, now expanding their disgusting activities in Lago Agrio which is a narco town. Then again, Correa needs to stop waging war against Chevron Texaco across Latin America but more especially inside Ecuador. Correa needs to stop lying about this environmental problem caused and sustained by his own government and set about to repairing the damages. Adding water treatment and sewerage services to this woebegone place would help a lot.

Here is a common sense review of Correa’s partnership in fraud:

GULF COAST OIL SPILL MAY PALE IN COMPARISON TO AMAZON WATCH COVER UP OF PETROECUADOR SPILLS  IN RAINFOREST
4 May 2010

As the world watches the BP oil disaster along the Gulf Coast, a small but curious group of environmental activists, attorneys and government officials are involved in the largest cover-up of an oil disaster in world history.

For nearly 20 years, hundreds of thousands of gallons of oil have spilled into the Amazon River region of Ecuador. You might think it’s hard to hide that amount of oil. And, you’d be right. But the bad guys aren’t hiding the spill, they’re involved in a massive fraud to hide the party responsible for the spill.

What makes the case even more frightening is that these groups and individuals are masquerading as environmentalists, do-gooders and justice-seeking attorneys.

In reality, they are like confidence men trying to trick the press and the public into believing that a false story could be true.

They go by the organizations and names: Amazon Watch, the Amazon Defense Coalition, Rainforest Action Network, attorney Steven Donziger, Pablo Fajardo, Luis Yanza, Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa, the law firm of Kohn Swift & Graf, lobbyist Ben Barnes, publicist Karen Hinton and others.

These individuals and groups are at the center of the largest cover-up since Nixon held the White House. They have conspired to blame Texaco (now owned by Chevron) as the source of hundreds of thousands of gallons of oil that they know was spilled by the government of Ecuador’s own oil company, PetroEcuador.

Why are they pointing the finger at Texaco and not blaming the real perp? As Deep Throat said: “Follow the money.”

The President of Ecuador, Rafael Correa, is closely allied to the environmental groups, their attorney, lobbyist, publicist, and the rest of the group. Ecuador is in desperate financial straits and is working hand in hand with these individuals to ‘sting’ Chevron for the environmental damage and collect at gate before anyone notices their ploy is a grift.

Recently, their con job has been hit with a number of nasty setbacks:

– The judge in the Ecuador case was caught in bribery scandal (he announced on videotape that he would find Chevron guilty before the trial was over). He was forced to resign.

– The chief expert, Richard Cabrera, in the case against Chevron was exposed for a stinging conflict of interest (he and the companies he work for stand to gain financially if Chevron is found guilty. Oops: he forgot to let the court know this minor fact. Must have slipped his mind).

– The plaintiffs in the case against Chevron (Steve Donziger et al) submitted falsified information to the Ecuadorian court (and were exposed by their own paid expert in a sworn deposition).

– Chevron won an international commercial arbitration case that puts any judgment against the company in Ecuador in doubt until the entire matter is settled in the International Court (removing any real decision from the Banana Republic of Ecuador).

But despite these significant and visible setbacks, like any good confidence man caught in a lie, the plaintiffs’ team has an excuse or a counter-attack to make their story seem like it might still hold, despite the obvious holes in their story.

But the jig is nearly up. Recently, the Columbia Journalism Review called CBS “60 Minutes” on the carpet for its shoddy reporting of the story that was favorable to the plaintiffs. The tide has turned against the plaintiffs’ deception and has started to focus on an honest look at who is responsible for them. That will reveal that PetroEcuador is wholly responsible for the environmental disaster in the Ecuadorian Amazon Rainforest, not Texaco, not Chevron.

When they pull the curtains back from this attempted fraud in Ecuador, it will reveal, like in all confidence games, the bad guys masqueraded as good guys in order to trick someone out of money.

For its part, Chevron Texaco can never ever have justice inside Ecuador on this fake lawsuit. There is no independent justice in Ecuador any more. Everyone knows this except the expensive lawyers for Chevron making lots of money in this nasty fake law suit. And still there is one true reason why Chevron will never ever have justice from Correa’s Ecuador that no one wants to talk about and everyone knows is absolutely true: Correa has set his Cuban-Venezuelan spies to spy upon the entire so called trial and all the Chevron actors in this matter. It is no stretch of the imagination that as we all know that Correa spies on Ecuadoreans he does not like, he spies on Ecuadoreans and Americans he does not like. Correa does this to help the fake environmentalists who are parading as lawyers against Chevron in Ecuador. The level of sovereign or state paid spying is well past STASI or KGB levels by the government against one law suit  in a jungle town over run by some of the globe’s nastiest narcos and diseased prostitutes and addicts called Lago Agrio, itself an overwhelming zone of disease, crime and depravity.

Everyone knows that Correa is building a massive shut down of all freedoms. Correa has bankrupted Ecuador to erect his greatest erection of seriously depraved spies, narcos and trained by STASI and former KGB agents from Cuba to spy on everyone and everything he can. And anyone who concludes that Chevron and its team are not set upon by Correa’s Cuban spies of maliciousness is lying to themselves and others. It would be illogical to pretend that while he spies on one and all that he has exempted Chevron which has been railed against for years by Correa and wrongly accused of acts they did not commit.

Nations that base their sovereign reputations on fake facts from nasty vermin called Cuban-Chavista spies has nothing legitimate to say and every reason to cease and desist from its own depravity. Looking for lies from Cuban spies to create out of thin air fake facts is no way to act responsibly. Then again, Correa’s malevolence and depravity is exposed by the tens and tens of thousands of spies he now has in his network working against Chevron and all Ecuadoreans who are not in and of his cartel politburo of criminals, liars, fraudsters and money making evil-doers, now coming from Iran. Shut this cartel down.

Correa’s direct abuse of presidential power and state money in the Donziger-Correa money making extortion gambit against Chevron as fraud stands a window in to his soul and how he operates. Ecuadoreans should be grateful to Chevron for revealing the utterly corrupt activities- in their name- by Correa which has bankrupted their nation. Chevron has done the hard work of laying out the picture of corrupt Correa. Besides thanking Chevron for its hard work and the paid it has suffered, one must continue to ask all Ecuadoreans, So….what are you going to do about this? You can start by insisting that Correa and his fake lawsuit cease and desist and end this mockery of all that is honorable.

Look in to Correa’s acts and what you see is the soul of dirty fraud. It is how he was raised and how he acts. It is now very expensive. Why do so many Ecuadoreans pretend that it is all right to extort and defraud others as long as they too get some money out of this or worse- never have to stand up for anything ethical or moral in their own days? Who is fooling who here? Are Ecuadoreans so easily seduced as willing partners in Correa’s criminality? He is betting that you are. And he has now his Cuban spies- tens of thousands of them- to keep you self imprisoned inside your own failure to stand for anything decent and moral.
