May 27, 2010  ECrisis suggests that before you go jumping in to accusing the signatorees of the current letter-  noted by link below-  12 men to Mrs Clinton regarding calls for placing Hugo Chavez on the State Sponsor of Terror List,  you will take a moment to read their actual text here .

You will see the construct of the text which lays down facts while questioning –seeking facts and demands confirmation and clarification as well as essentially notating that this Department of State has failed to state the facts about the expanded realm of terror sponsorship by Hugo Chavez. All Cuban ALBA nations warrant the same analysis. Chavez may be the most vocal to US media but his ALBA cartel axis is in lock step- one and the same now.

We hope that the US Department of State responds fully. There is always hope. TO date, not one fulsome analysis of Correa’s crimes and his constitution exists, thanks to the refusal of the US Department of State to present the facts. In the USA, twelve persons are known as … a jury. What the world’s jury will adjudge the Obama team as it lies a lot about Correa next week, will be known soon enough. It is a paid PR roll out and will entrap scores of U.S. governmental employees and officials now seen engaging in sheer and utter fraud to sell that which should not be sold. The Dodd and Clinton visit is not unlike blessing Cuba, Chavez, the FARC and Iran inside Ecuador for today they are one and the same. Dodd and Clinton are walking in to an unholy trap. Will they deliver the disinformation to soothe the propagandists of dishonesty? We will see soon enough.

In short, because the US government has no functioning  SouthCom, no DIA, no US DEA or functioning intelligence gathering of fact in any of the 3 major ALBA nations, it is impossibly negligent- in abeyance of USG mandates- in information gathering. The USA does fund tens and tens of thousands of US AID persons all over Latin America who enjoy boosting the Chavez plans because they actually approve the pretext that communism always helps the poor. Indeed, Castro’s own tens and tens of thousands across Latin America are delivering the same communist propaganda. How DID that work out for Cubans? Now Cubans are watching the Diaspora of their young people and the Cuban politburo, running away with their ill-gotten money, abandoning Cuba. There are no DEA stats about the Andes because there are no DEA stats about the Andes. Were the DEA fully permitted back in this region, they would perform data collection tasks. The current planned Brown Out of functional intel is an aberration. There are less than a baker’s dozen of functioning US DEA agents. There is no field work done today and that is the point. There is a thin veneer of intel gathering but it remains inchoate and incompetent.

As proof, just ask yourself: where indeed do the FARC get their labor units to milk the vastly expanding heroin poppies? How many Iran-Hezbollah agents exist in the Andes? How many tens of thousands of Cubans- paid to the Castro team as spies exist? How much cocaine comes out of Bolivia’s fields and how much does Brazil and Ecuador transport out of the region? Anyone?  The answer to these questions lies with data collection activities which have been essentially snuffed out. This leaves assessment of this axis of evil inchoate.

And so these 12 senators, who, along with their staff, know nothing much at all about the Andes, simply ask questions and seek answers.

Every nation, every citizen should be asking these questions, not just a baker’s dozen of U.S Republicans.

Page 2 of the Letter asks Mrs. Clinton IF Chavez should be held under the DrugKingPin statutes of the USA.

Do any seriously believe that Hillary will state that she has ordered her functionaries to by pass US laws and refuse to so state the facts of Chavez and his axis?

Correa, Chavez and Morales of course should all be designated Drug King Pins as defined by US law – because they are drug king pins- and triggered by statute.

What will Hillary and Obama do?

Every time this comes up formally, a wave of Andean souls washes ashore in Washington and begs and pleads that the USA never ever throw their criminal cartel governments in to… the thorny Briar Patch of fact telling because, as these liars like to say… it is not the “people” who do these crimes but the “sovereign government.” They also like to tell us that their sovereign criminal cartel governments are duly and fully and legally elected democratically [also an untrue claim] and so one cannot have it both ways, but both ways they want. This they call Alternative democracy with alternative accountability and alternative justice and alternative financing. One should call them… criminal cartels of evil.

Today in Washington will come more waves of Andeans telling the USA to not deem these perps are perpetrators of evil.

The twelve signatorees have no idea- and no experience thereto- about what the paid machine is that they attempt to expose. They will learn. But it remains that their questions asked deserve answers which they do demand by law fulsome replies. And this they- and all of us- should have and hold or else the US government succumbs to the racketeering so dearly perpetrated in these ALBA lands.

As for the silly statement that the USA cannot call Chavez and his caudillos as evil doers for fear Chavez will cut off oil to the USA, now and even 8 years ago, this was a lie- a foil- a false claim. The USA buys almost all its oil from Canada. The USA does inexplicably host numerous of Chavez’s refineries. His hard to refine heavy crude is tankered in- mostly on the profoundly corrupt Trafigura, refined and heads back out, mostly for black market spot trading now and for China or for underpriced political bribes to over 24 nations now, nations easily seduced by Chavez’s cheap oil which he uses to whip their governments in to his ALBA communist satellite of need, bribery and crime. Nations do not HAVE TO take Chavez’s racketeering….but they do and they never say one true word about the criminality.

Lest Chris Dodd bless the Correa lies that Ecuador deserves to be off the US Black List for its melding with Iran’s Central Vabk and its Open for Business Chavez banks that are indeed running dirty Iranian money, although Correa’s own like to lie a lot and pretend that this does not occur, here is Castro’s own media on yet more dirty money crimes by Correa:

27 de mayo de 2010, 11:47Quito, May 27 (Prensa Latina) Ecuador's Foreign Minister Ricardo Patiño ratified the constitutive treaties of the Bank of the South and the Unique System for Regional Equalization (SUCRE), as part of a new Latin American and Caribbean financial architecture.

After presenting the issue at the International Relations Commission of the National Assembly, Patiño highlighted the importance so Ecuador is part of those instruments.

Those societies living in the southern area of the hemisphere have tried to create their own financial alternatives to avoid levels of independence regarding the management of economic resources. "This is our own bank, the bank of South America," the foreign minister stated.

The priority of the Bank of the South will be joint development projects, and make progress in the development of infrastructure, wealth-generating capacity, reduce asymmetries and generate development, the diplomat said.

The Sucre has established a system to compensate payments among central banks, so participating countries contribute with capital, which is an important saving of resources because it implies a lesser participation of financial players.

What we do know is that somehow Mrs. Clinton must answer the 4 pages of questions. To this, she must answer the identical questions about Rafael. And her ace crack staff of liars and perps should answer this honestly before Mrs. Clinton embarrasses herself and the USA in about 2 weeks by embracing the unembraceable Correa and his criminal communist cartel in Quito. Dodd and Clinton embrace this communist cartel? We will be watching. Neither should be doing the bidding of Correa’s overpaid dirty lobbyists, coordinating this exercise in dishonest propaganda. Why would Dodd and Clinton want to sell Correa’s extortion racket government as if a thing holy? What is wrong with these people?
