May 29, 2010   What is it about liars and vermin?  They are, without the evil component, the same as manipulative narcissists. They never give up. They never go away. The Correa government has, among other disgusting items, a bee in their panties against the Isaias family. The Isaias family has done nothing illegal except to retain some of the most morally stupid and incompetent lawyers in Ecuador doing what all stupid Ecuadoreans do: give in to manipulative screechers, los madres manipulativo and pay extortion bribes either with their intelligence or with their money. The Isaiases for too long have failed to stand up for their abject innocence. Maybe they will shift their appalling lack of manly self defense and so do now. We hope so. We are tired of watching these innocent men, among many others, get judged and destroyed by Correa There is no justice in Ecuador because there are no truth tellers. There is only Correa and his dishonesty.

There is every reason for Hillary Clinton to cancel her Love Boat voyage to Ecuador. She will get her time if she goes….Dancing with Correa’s Stars- the stars of deceit and communist corruption. We understand that paid lobbyists and every hack and flack across the We Love Corrupt FARC and Cartel Loser client lists are pushing Mrs. Clinton’s arrival for she will, as they know, bless the corrupt mess that is Correa’s bankrupt [morally and financially] nation. Mrs. Clinton will give wing to thousands of hours of glorifying and deifying all manner of materiel that should never be dignified in Ecuador. Mrs. Clinton will expose her flanks and reveal her own grasping need for adulation. She would be better served to correct her voyage now.

What we also know is that the Correa cartel of liars has no intention of staying to the script that this is to promote trade and love between Cuban communist Ecuador and the USA. No indeed. Today’s media reveals just the first arrow in Correa’s quiver of manipulations being set for Hillary and she will walk right in to this trap because her vapid, uneducated spin team has laid this down for her little feet. We never figured Mrs. Clinton for an idiot but we are well aware of her blind side- her need for affection from bad boys. Ecuador is full of her kind of men: slippery, weasely, dishonest, manipulative. Tragically for Hillary, Correa’s thugs are also pervs and perps. If this be a love fest with Hillary, she should be stocking up on penicillin and sanitizer now. In fact, she should find some way to not walk in to this tar pit trap now revealed.

Worse yet, Mrs. Clinton, as she just did about Brazil, has no clue what the real facts are about Ecuador. We know this because the US government has no White Paper/no functional updated Dossier of Facts about Ecuador. No one knows anything. Has Mrs Clinton studied the 9-08 constitution of Ecuador in English? She claims to be a lawyer and should grasp what that constitution has established….which is a cartel state run by one person. No one asks and no one cares as long as the spin keeps on spinning. Lobbyists will lead Mrs. Clinton to a fools errand in Ecuador. While we commend lobbyists for their energy, we cannot approve any head of state or Cabinet Rank official for refusing to have and hold due diligence- not marketing and propaganda- before praising that which should never be praised, no matter what Correa’s overpaid liars have prepared. Besides, Correa gifted Hillary with his own book of his own words and his words detail how he scams and games Americans, investors, the law and all economic accountability: in his own words.

Mrs. Clinton walks in to a trap set by inchoate analysis and gleeful, stupid paid contractors selling a reality about Ecuador that evades even the most uncommon of common fools.

Fiscal pedirá la entrega de los hermanos Isaías

El fiscal de la Nación, Washington Pesantez anunció que aprovechará la visita de la Secretaria de Estado de los EEUU, Hillary Clinton, en Ecuador, para solicitarle la extradición de los hermanos William y Roberto Isaías.

Según el Fiscal, la decisión de la Primera Sala de lo Penal de la Corte Nacional de Justicia (CNJ),que ratificó la plena vigencia del auto de apertura a la etapa plenaria, en la que se juzga el caso de los hermanos Isaías, acusados de peculado bancario por la quiebra del banco Filanbanco en el año2000, permitiría realizar este proceso.

El pedido lo realizará a través de la Presidencia de la República, tras el vaticinio de que la funcionaria norteamericana arribará al país el próximo 8 de junio, según confirmó el presidente Rafael Correa.

Según Pesántez ya se había solicitado a ese país la extradición de los ex banqueros, pero no se dio paso al trámite porque no existía una providencia ejecutoriada o resolución en firme de orden de prisión. Incluso recordó que dialogó con la embajadora de EEUU en el Ecuador, Heather Hodges sobre el tema.

"Aquí no hay ánimo de venganza, solo se busca justicia", comentó el jurista.(AM)

The story from HOY is wrong on so many levels. Hillary should not even countenance Sr. Pesantez. He has been lying and criminally covering up his wife’s Hit and Run of an innocent pedestrian and their complicity that some hapless street cop actually killed the poor local. Mrs. Pesantez was speeding, full of her standard road rage and needs justice for her crimes. The only thing Hillary might meet with Pesantez about, in front of the cameras, is to ask him just how much Cuba charges for abortions and how much it cost the people of Ecuador to fly out one woman for a Cuban abortion with Pesantez as her personal guard. Of course one may want to flush out this stubborn rumor first considering who was ordered to Cuba to abort and why. Then again, Mrs. Clinton walks in to this land blind- bereft of real time facts. How many Cubans work for Correa’s military and run his spy agency? Why does she think this makes Ecuador a true friend and ally of the USA?

Mrs. Clinton is not going to Ecuador to criticize Mr. Correa- not at all. She comes to make Correa look good so that all who are paid exorbitant fees by Correa to lie a lot to the USA about Ecuador will feel good about their lies. Hillary is perfect to help lying useless perps. She is no doubt, like Chris Dodd and Obama before him, ready and able to lie a lot about the so called case against Chevron in Lago Agrio, run by an extortion gang of liars and ninnyhammers of no integrity, Trudie Styler including because no one should adjudge any legal matter without actual facts- not propaganda which is the current matter. Will Hillary do as Trudie does and take her Brief from Donziger’s lies in Vanity Fair?

The United States of America has no extradition treaty with Ecuador. The Isaias family has committed no crime except to act like stupid Ecuadoreans and pay incompetent lawyers to “help” them. But stupidity may be unattractive but is no basis for criminal charges with no facts. That the US Department of State has set about to treat the Isaias family as criminals- based on Correa’s lies, exposes the horrifying incompetence of the current US government.

But it is likely that Mrs. Clinton does not want any facts- any honest brief on Ecuador. Her entire Ecuadorean team certainly considers that she does not because not once ever have any of her underlings said one honest word about Ecuador. They like to tell us they are “worried” about Ecuador and all the problems  in Ecuador are former president Bush’s fault. What is at fault is that none stand up and do what they are supposed to do: have and hold and analyze the facts and make judicious analysis in relation to a foreign nation and the actual persons they represent. But there are no on the ground analysts in Ecuador of any consequence. Does she have a clue as to drug tonnage? Money laundering for Chavez’s and Iran’s banks by correspondent banks? Does she know how many Hezbollah are in Ecuador? How many Ecuadoreans have fled? Does she know why Ecuador is bankrupt….it is not the phony tales Correa passes out.

ECrisis sees that Mrs. Clinton’s visit will expose someone’s backside in all this. It will either expose that Hillary enjoys liars and criminals or that Hillary will actually- for once- act under her job description on behalf of moral, ethical performance standards.  We all know that Correa and his team will not. So we still ask: what has Hillary got to love? A communist cartel nation of pervs and perps?  Will Hillary fly in with Paul Reichler? For our part, we all know that Reichler is a Soros man. He worked to remove the stench of death surrounding his favorite Cuban-drug runner Aristide of Haiti and the perv Ortega of Nicaragua. He has been lying to the US government for and paid by Correa for years, assisted by Fenton Communications. Now Correa tells us that Reichler is his man to help settle a Peru-Chile border dispute. As if.  As if that takes more than 10 minutes. But this is a decoy to hide the fact that Correa has been paying Reichler and scores others for serious lying before the US government.

What we do not comprehend is why Chile’s Piñera has some of the world’s stupidest advisors, notably the Chile-Peru maritime matter. Neatly handed to Correa to use to cover up his years of illegally payments to Reichler to lie a lot, Reichler will represent Correa’s presentations about Chile and Peru at the Hague.

Reichler is handling other cases for Correa at the UN’s Hague and they are phony too. Reichler’s core claim against DynCorp and Colombia is based on the same so called fake paid plaintiffs and fake environmental  destruction claims perpetrated by the same perps who use the same Boiler Plate so called plaintiffs, environmental  damage and claims we see in the Donziger claim against Chevron Texaco: same lies, same template, same fraud. And Chile thinks they can trust Reichler? Peru thinks they can trust Reichler? What will he do- run out some more fake Indigenous with fake feathers from China? The Hague should reject Reichler and Hillary should too. Correa has had this scum around long enough. Why will Correa not hire ethical people? The answer: ethical people will not conspire with perps and pervs. Why does Hillary come to bless this crime zone?

As to the Isaias extradition, neither Heather Hodges nor Hillary have one cause based on fact to harm one bit of the Isaias family. In fact, Hillary should review what Ms. Hodges has done to them- for no reason. And Mrs Clinton should comprehend that Pesantez acts to make good men and women as criminals. Pesantez criminalizes the good and legalizes evil. Correa and Pesantez, fact-free, have crimes levied against scores and scores of Ecuadoreans whose only crime is…..zero. As for the Isaias family, they are in good company as added to the Correa-Pesantz hate list. They join Cardinal Archbishops, journalists, doctors, and any who are actual friends of the free world, such as what the USA used to be called. To be on the Ecuadorean  Hate List is to signify that you are a wholly decent person.

To be an honest soul in Ecuador means that Correa and Pesantez will hound you, terrorize you with threats, lie about you and your family and business and spew lies to their state owned media, now about 95% of all Ecuadorean media. And it will only get worse.

Extradite the Isaiases? Such fraud reveals more about the state of Correa’s criminality than the Isaias family or anyone else.

Why would Hillary turn her Love Boat visit to Ecuador in to a Ship of Fools, Spewing canard? Has she no respect any more?

And when The Wall Street Journal’s Steven Moore stated that “Correa is a bad, bad, bad man” we would remind Hillary that if she even dares to sell the sacredness of Correa’s criminality to the American people for partnering, more USA money or fake extraditions, she will answer to a higher judge than she can imagine- the court of truth tellers.
