6-16-10  The Miami Herald  here reports that pro Ecuadorean lawsuit actors threatened Chevron’s CEO Watson with toxic material as he departed a Congressional hearing, 6-14-10 in the US Capitol- Rayburn House Office Building. We wondered what became of the chain of custody following the apprehension by the protesters by the US Capitol Hill Police.

The US Capitol Police states that no unknown water or substances should have been allowed in to the US Capitol…ever and that this is widely known.

Further, their public information officer agrees. So What Became of that Toxic Bottle of Liquid which is not allowed inside the US Congress- anywhere?

The US Capitol Police’s [USCP] efforts reveal that yesterday, 6-15-10, the USCP tested that “toxic” water which the Amazon Defense’s allied group Rainforest Action stated was the same contaminated/toxic water from Ecuador which causes disease and kills animals and humans.

That so called toxic substance was of course illegally transported in to the Capitol environs. And it was used to threaten Watson and others.

The so called toxic material was tested and found to be about 99% water and 1% oil, according to USCP.

The threats were real but the alleged toxic substance was not toxic. In other words, the activists lied about the toxicity and what the contents are.

We do not know what has become of the “toxic substance” sample. We do not know what has become of the so called perps. We do not know if they were charged with anything and/or released. We do not know who paid them to do what they did and where their money to come to the US Capitol and do what they did derived from. What we do know is that this is an organized effort to lie and threaten. We also know now that this group was unlawful inside the U.S. Capitol supposedly to assist the Donziger-Fajardo fraud case in Lago Agrio against Chevron.

Moreover, we do not know why these demonstrators would say that this was the same “toxic” water from Ecuador which they say kills people and despoils all that it may touch.. How did that “toxic water” come from Ecuador to the USA, if it is “toxic” and kills people as they say?

How did “toxic” material get in to the US Capitol which they say causes disease and kills people?
And have any done independent lab testing on the “toxic” sample to verify its origins as US water with gas mixed in to it?

We also do not know who staged, coordinated and funded this effrontery and why it was allowed to happen. We do not know the key groups involved except Rainforest Action which is formally aligned with Donziger’s specious claim against Chevron in Ecuador for about $30 billion.

Donziger’s team now says that in light of the high cost of cleaning up the BP-Gulf spill, they are considering raising their pay out demands from Chevron for their fact free claim of Ecuadorean destruction. The Rainforest Action partnering with Donziger’s specious claim against Chevron. These groups have also launched a separate attack to “force human rights” on to Chevron’s corporate structure.

Here is what we do know: the Steven Donziger-Fajardo-Rafael Correa claim for damages in the lawless zone around Lago Agrio has no factual merit to their demands for money- lots of money. What they do have are lots of publicity and lots of dirty tricks and lots of lies. It is no way to run a legal claim and certainly no way to grow support by threatening fake terror substances inside the U.S. Capitol. Obviously their lies find fertile ground in Ecuador thanks to Correa who will take money from any liar practicing the fine art of racketeering and extortion. Ecuadoreans deserve better than a nation of racketeering actors threatening persons with “toxic” materials which are as fake as all that this gang does.

At least the U.S. Capitol police tested these money making liars for the so called fake toxic water. Of course their toxic water from Ecuador is as fake as their entire demands inside Ecuador. What is stunning is that no Ecuadorean demands the facts- and actual water testing- from criminal racketeering agent in chief Correa, party to this fraud, who supports, co-funds and encourages these liars and extortion racket agents under  Correa partner in extortion “lawyer” Donziger [who should have his law license yanked for threatening toxins inside the U.S. Capitol as that is a criminal adventure] and who threaten citizens inside the U.S. Capitol.
