September 17, 2011  Ecuadorean president Correa wants you to know truly that he is a liar. He has told you a whole string of things inside Ecuador….matters discredited and dishonest. But Correa bows to his own paid lobbyists when it comes to being honest inside the USA and the United Nations. Correa himself has told you that he will not address the United Nations but instead refuses to let the world know just how discredited and dishonest his dysfunctional self remains. This is called defrauding the world. And worse, Correa states that he will use his UN entrée to hawk his carbon betting scam.

But fraud is Correa’s MO and is now his middle name. Defrauding all that he touches is what Correa does [when he is not stealing from his own citizens] because….he can and because no one calls him out on this.

Correa has told Ecuador that instead he will spend his time in New York hawking his phony carbon betting scam to idiots, perps and fools. Somehow we hope his knees start to ache and he does not disgrace himself any further by openly acting to defraud illiterate idiotic investors who are like fools, born every minute. We hope he cancels his New York-UN trip.

Why are Correa’s scams a fraud? Start with this: have in hand any fact based due diligence on what he is selling to hapless so called investors? Mrs Clinton has illegally promised tens and tens of millions of US tax dollars  to boost Correa’s carbon betting business, sight unseen and fact free.Aiding and abetting fraud, which is what Mrs Clinton and team Obama do, remains a crime in the USA but sadly not in Correa’s lawless Ecuador.  And who will oversee all this energy betting? Correa’s and Soros’s own APR Energy managers? Is that what drives this fact free investment scam about to hit the London Stock Exchange next week, with no visible confirmation of the basis for their stock [they claim they have amassed $ one billion in value, mostly from lawless Ecuador energy work and from the lawless Burkina Faso] except the blessings of some profit corpus conferred upon APR by stubbornly opaque Correa which none have ever had in hand? Why play on the UK FOOTSIE instead of the NY exchange which requires confirmation of contracts and profits and losses? Are the Brits that easily seduced  by hedge fund monies and no due diligence? Why indeed move in the UK. To make stock offers on the NY exchanges, one must disclose income- aka contracts plus profit-losses with Ecuador and that, as our readers know, is what Correa will never do. Thus the APR stock offer has no confirmable value.

Parallels of the Correa energy/carbon scam now enmeshed with APR Energy/Ecuador’s government and SOLYNDRA come to mind. Review former U.S. prosecutor Mcarty's essentials of the Obama crony socialist scams and ask yourself what is going on with Correa, Soros, Clinton and defrauding investors about Ecuador. Ask for details. Seek and hold the facts. Accept nothing that Correa and his business betting buddy Soros, boosted by Mrs Clinton’s promises of millions in betting cash, do make. What they make is to make the dishonest in every sense Bernie Madoff look clean. And that is very hard to do.

McCarthy is right about “green energy” Solyndra and its crony socialist backers and hawkers such as the White House’s own Valerie Jarred and Mr. NSC Western Hemisphere coordinator of guns for terror, Mr. Dan Restrepo, also a Soros man in full. Would you buy a used Ecuadorean energy betting scam from Obama and Soros’s own Mrs Clinton, a woman who sucks up to Correa while wearing a red pants suit in solidarity with Correa’s crony communists? Used car dealers have better sense and more panache.

Soon enough, Correa will be in New York, following Obama’s foot steps as president to promote a fraudulent energy scheme. Correa has determined that hawking his scam is more important than global matters about which Correa does not self censor himself so as to not expose his own ménage with Iran, The FARC and global vermin with whom he is now fully and criminally partnered.

One must ponder why U.S. taxpayers should keep shoveling $billions to the most overt crony socialist available, Mr. Rafael Correa with no facts while not once, not once at all holding any resemblance of due diligence in hand? Even as the U.S. Congress is so inert- so vapid and discredited as to refuse to do any responsible due diligence in to the rat hole of fraud called Correa’s cartel government, claiming that the Soros minions at the U.S. Department of State advised them to ignore any facts about Ecuador [and valiantly writing fact free, meaningless fake Country Reports on Ecuador, using U.S. tax dollars paid to their own data free contractors, reading like a fake stock prospectus on a fake, fact-free energy  investment], we believe that these frauds will soon enough be exposed and prosecuted.

McCarthy writes: “The word for such schemes is fraud.” And fraud, blessed by crony socialists [or incompetent, compromised staff as the case may be]  inside the U.S. Congress and the U.S. Department of State to further defrauding the public remains, no matter what they say… a fraud and a crime. It remains that Correa, Obama, Clinton and Soros have run out of other people’s money and yours. Team Correa does now seek more money from criminal activities.
