December 21, 2011  ECrisis urges one and all to review the attached article about central governmental over-reach. This is about the USA but the message for Ecuador- and its fake opposition so called Leaders who are actually Cuban Marxists in support of the Chavez ALBA dishonest constitutional cartel communism in Ecuador, would do well to study such articles.

Then again, the fake Opposition to Correa studies very little except the sound of their own voices in an echo chamber based on greed and US AID contracts which solve nothing, do nothing except sustain the totally corrupt Correa cartel regime in Ecuador.

What Cuban and Iran merged Rafael Correa has done with his September, 2008 Ecuadorean constitution, which is as we have stated before, not a constitution but a manifesto, is to strip out the essential due process under law safeguards. Mention this feature to Ecuadorean “lawyers” and suddenly a dazed and confused look gleams in their eyes, a dazed look based on sloth, ennui and rank stupidity. No Ecuadorean cares one bit about due process of law. Today they do not have it and today they pretend that it is great to deny due process to everyone else, except them. These are not lawyers but are instead Ecuadorean enablers of sheer stupidity which has benefited the corrupting Correa-Cuban-Iranian regime for about 4 years too long.

Referencing the U.S. constitution, which not one person from Latin America studies nor comprehends however much we are informed that great Latin legal scholars fully analyze the short text and tell us all about THEIR interpretation which remains unhelpful, unfactual and misleading. Then again, all Latins ignore the ALBA constitutions, seen strongly in the cartel lands of Venezuela, Bolivia and Ecuador as not one has ever reviewed these horrifying instruments of death. And so we behold a whole continent, cheered on by the dishonest U.S. government, utterly devoid of comprehending that which commandeers their days. The enclosed article states, “The Fifth Amendment of the Constitution guarantees that "no person shall be ... deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law."  For government to harm investors in a private business by bringing false charges against that business is most certainly a violation of the Fifth Amendment. “

Inasmuch as no Ecuadorean today has nor holds any due process under law, and Ecuadorean lawyers refuse to even comprehend what this means, we remind that life, liberty and property do not and will not exist in places with no due process under law. And when incompetent Ecuadorean lawyers and their political kangaroo fools serving Correa’s communism glaze over the lack of due process and inform us all that this does not matter, it follows- or it should follow if one had a pea brain, that these things should matter: life, liberty and property rights.

In Ecuador, greed is good and faked data to steal from others is revered as sacrosanct.

In  Correa’s Ecuador, stealing from others- for no good reason- is so rampant that the U.S. Department of State prefers to ignore the unholy state caducidad and denial of normal property rights because the lying useless sacks of horse pittoie from the U.S. government refuse to perform their jobs in order to pretend that Ecuador today is identical to Ecuador in 1994 when it is not. In Correa’s Ecuador, Correa  can do anything he wants because his 9-08 constitution gives Correa this “right.” Correa can and does commit any crime with gay abandon as long as his paid lobbyists lie to the U.S. government about his day to day activities, proclivities and Correa’s own gay abandon.  Correa is strengthened in his pursuit of gay abandon with criminal banners waving because he knows that a phalanx of some of the worst liars on this planet: liars for hire:  former U.S. ambassadors, U.S. political hacks for hire to lie, US AID country chiefs and contractors- all  have teamed with Correa’s fake political opposition to insure that Correa’s special form of Cuban and Iranian mergers remain in play with no questions asked and certainly nothing factual available. In the USA, this is called criminal racketeering by former and current governmental persons, agencies and entities to defraud and cause harm.

The fake opposition to Correa, led by USA’s worst are in fact defrauding the public and have stubbornly engaged in delivering harm.

In the USA, the Obama actors are unrelenting in mirroring the Andean cartel actors to enrich a small handful of dishonest and misleading creeps. Listen up: “When federal agencies begin to wield power in an unconstitutional manner, depriving citizens and corporations of property in the most callous manner imaginable, one of our fundamental liberties has been lost…When an agency begins to attack private citizens with no regard for the law, there is no limit to the damage that can result.  Today it may "only" be the property of oil and gas companies that are at stake.  Tomorrow it will be not just the property, but the life and liberty of all Americans.  If the extralegal activity of federal agencies like the EPA is not curtailed, all Americans will soon be at risk of imprisonment at the whim of any one of the president's czars.  That is the attitude toward law that exists in a totalitarian state, not in a democracy.”

Sound familiar yet? It should because Rafael Correa, aided and abetted by the very same identifiable actors from the USA and Europe have gamed and defrauded you, me and everyone else. This is not, as they call it “Open Society.” This is open for business only of fraudsters and hucksters. The first lesson for all Ecuadoreans is this: Thou Shall Not Steal.

And this basic point rankles because not one- not one of the utterly useless, ethics-free fake Opposition in Ecuador considers this commandment as important. Stealing is OK as long as the scam is played that thefts help the poor. We remind of the words of a great law American enforcement official who stated, “When a criminal is caught, his rights are read, and he handcuffs are going on…and the criminal pleads `wait! I was just doing it because money was needed’… any honest cop knows that the perp is confessing. So everytime an Ecuadorean fake opposition politician cum US AID, ALBA Marxism and OAS contract lobbyists [ today all one and the same] tells you that it is OK to steal from others because the money is needed and it is better to follow the Cuban way of income redistribution [communism] know that they are liars and criminals. Toss them out on their ear. Ecuador is a totalitarian state by its very legal definition, as encapsulated in the 9-08 constitution which no one bothers to read, review, translate or comprehend. You remain fraudsters in your own person. So do not ever come around whining again tat you are “worried” that Correa has stolen your rights. You were paid to help do this. That is called driving the get away car. You are accomplices.
