February 19, 2012    We applaud The Wall Street Journal  for its honest coverage to date out of the USA [forget their truncated, local Journal stringers]. Watch here for  the facts which no one- no one at all in Ecuador can access under president Correa’s state-run media, now running Correa political propaganda and Iranian news feeds, which is of course a nation in factual and intellectual lock down, locked inside governmental lies.

Pay attention to Mastro as he describes a pattern of fraud, rampant in Ecuador on a daily basis. He is telling the truth. This is repeated over and over by team Correa. The U.S. government is complicit in all this fraud but not the sole responsibility which is Ecuador’s alone.

Remind yourself how many times over the last five years that the government of Ecuador has done one thing honest or honorable. Remind yourself  why it is that your fake advocates for restoring democracy in Ecuador fail each and every time to report the truth, pretending that if only the OAS and US AID had more U.S. tax money, all would be repaired. This is simply canard. Another fake ploy is the current one perpetrated by Correa and his minions of dishonesty which tell us that nothing is wrong in Correa’s corrupt Ecuador that cannot be repaired with simply accepting Correa and his paid PR liars that “sovereign” Ecuador only needs your money and understanding. Understand this: nothing that Rafael Correa and his allies from the U.S. Department of State does is beneficial as they are entwined in fraud. They do not state the facts about Ecuador. This Black Out of facts- their fraud-  is on –going, systemic and chronic. It needs to stop. No one can hold a healthy situation at all while actively being dishonest. But the Correa and U.S. governmental teams believe they can lie their way to fame and glory. They have lied their way to crime and shame.

Randy Mastro has always been correct about the massive Chevron fraud case. Chevron is the victim of racketeering. He fails unfortunately to reveal that this is a systemic pattern, rampant and very expensive, paid through Correa’s fraudsters, lobbyists, hedge fund speculators and a nasty network of liars at large.

Mastro also fails to consider how much trouble his client. Chevron Texaco has suffered due to the Obama administration’s ardent support for anti-Chevron fraud. We at ECrisis have never understood  why Chevron continues to want to pretend that the Obama network of liars, ninnyhammers, dimwits and dunces….complicit in covering, hiding and denying facts is not costly and is not wrong. We just do not get it. Is this because Tommy Boggs’s law firm is also Correa’s biggest lobbyist and is also smack dab in the middle of U.S. Democratic Party major donors? Is it that simple? Is Chevron that impressed by Tommy Boggs and his paid liars to the U.S. government? We do not think so. We think that is only part of the story of crime. Another key part is that the Obama team, busy calling Ecuador a great American ally, is now a proxy of Iran and of course the FARC and global vermin.

Not once, not ever, has the U.S. government in five years corrected its dishonest analysis of Ecuador. The entire U.S. government has not once lifted one finger to deliver the facts about this cess pool of global crime and terror.

Is this to benefit the offshore, unknown hedge funds backing team Obama, backing the Rafael Correa and Tommy Boggs lawyers suing Chevron while at the same time lying to the U.S. Congress  and the speculators betting that Chevron will cave in, commit the crime of paying bribes and surrender its honor?  Clearly, the U.S. government accepts the Correa-Boggs lies about Ecuador and how fabulously wonderful Ecuador is  and accepts the same lobbyists as lawyers against Chevron who are the same who are speculating against Chevron’s corporate value. Gibson Dunn focuses on the sole Chevron law suit. What Chevron/Gibson Dunn has is a problem compounded by the anti-Chevron partners in racketeering, funded by U.S. taxpayers through U.S. Democratic Party collusion abusing U.S. tax dollars and lying to vapid U.S. Republicans who could care less, to defraud…actively defraud….to aid and abet a fake lawsuit. The Racketeering case here might be narrowly focused by Mastro/Gibson Dunn but it fails the real story: the racketeering committed by Correa’s Ecuador is assisted by the U.S. government of Obama. Whose RICO is this now?

Chevron should never be victimized by global hedge fund operators trying to ruin their company. Chevron has a massive story about Ecuadorean judicial/governmental fraud. Chevron has a massive story about the U.S. Congress, State Department and the USA White House fraud actively conspiring to destroy Chevron.  Every time Tommy Boggs and his team lie to U.S. Congresspersons….every time the Ecuadorean embassy’s trained monkeys lie to the U.S. Congress and every time John Sanbrailo- a routine and common event now- sends up to the U.S. Congress his hand picked lobbyists from inside the Ecuadorean congress [called their Assembly] to lie a lot that Ecuador has problems and those problems can be corrected with more money to the OAS and US AID, fraud occurs. Illegal lobbying by Roger Noriega’s best pals such as John Sanbrailo and former U.S. ambassadors also seeking contracts for consulting by lying about the dire crisis in Ecuador is terrifyingly wrong.

You want to comprehend Ecuador and its hatred for Chevron? Understand that there are thousands of dishonest Ecuadoreans and Iranians and Americans paid to lie, cover up and deceive one and all regarding the rampant crime in Ecuador. Every single time that Ecuador acts in hatred toward the USA, know that this is due to Ecuador’s hatred of lawfulness.

Ecuador banished rule of law with its September, 2008 constitution. This was co-written by horrible Euro-Reds, US AID millionaires and Chavez stooges plus utter fools abusing U.S. tax dollars such as Cesar Montuffar. Millions were spent on this manifesto which handed all powers of state to one presidency and eliminated rule of law. With the end of rule of law, businesses are stolen for no legal reason but the self enrichment of the Correa team.

Next Ecuador destroyed….killed free speech and open media. TV, radio and print media are stolen and run Correa’s lies and Iranian media lies.

Next Ecuador destroyed its entire legal system, leaving no justice available in Ecuador at all.

Ecuador has no free and fair elections. Ecuador will soon further its total control on religion and educational curricula.  In other words, Ecuador is not a democracy: it has blown up all the pillars of democracy and no freedom is left.

The government of Ecuador terrorizes its own wimpy, frightened citizens with threats, cyber spying and demands of allegiance or death….by either a thousand cuts or imprisonment or theft. Ecuador makes $billions by hosting global terrorists and assisting in their crime spree. Not one, not once have you seen or heard from any Western Hemisphere’s nation the facts about Ecuador and this vast deception is very expensive. In five years a nation that fifteen years ago had a semblance of law and order today has none.

We cannot comprehend why no multi lateral entity states these facts. We have reviewed U.S. Congressional testimony, interviews and statements for the last six months. These so called experts are as goofy as a three dollar bill and about as useful. Not once are the facts brought forward although their dizzying array of gravitas, synthetic and phony, is on full display.

What is missing are the facts. How many Hezbollah, Hamas, ETA, FARC and QODS are relaxing in Ecuador along with Russian and Mexican cartels? How many boat loads of their criminal cargoes move in and out of Manta and other clandestine transport centers? And what of the merged Iranian Central Bank and Ecuadorean Central Bank, now run by Pedro Delgado….Correa’s cousin whose track record of theft and attendant crime is well known?

And what of the Iranian uranium mines near Loja? What of the militant Muslim training centers in Sucumbios, busily converting citizens and Correa’s high court judges to Hezbollah?

And what of Correa’s cyber spy center in South Quito, manned by thousands of Cuban slaves and Iranians? Think they are there to….what does Mrs. Clinton call their good works…serving mankind as she gifts more $ billions to this crime spree? Think they are up to any good?  What we do know is that securing a win for Chevron will take far more support, many more lesser angels to defeat this massive fraud than Randy Mastro in his arrogance can possibly comprehend. And we do really really pray that he wins. But he will not defeat this massive machinery of corruption alone. Those who have gone before and those who are victims today are present and accounted for in this dark struggle against governmental fraud.

No: Chevron does not stand alone and they will not win by the hand of one man. However, Chevron is well advised to figure this out pretty quickly….for it will need all the prayers it can get….prayers which Mastro does not even think he needs. He will soon learn, …or fail.

We hold sympathy and full support and send all our prayers for Randy Mastro. The merits of this matter are on the table. He speaks the truth. But he fails to tell the facts that Chevron is not alone. This is a pattern that started with the same Pedro Delgado’s personal hatred against the Isaias team which has suffered abject international racketeering. It is not a coincidence that the attacks against the Isaiases and then Texaco were concurrent although slightly different in assets. To be sure, both Chevron and the Isaiases  lost many years and much money due to their reliance on some of the world’s stupidest lawyers and paid advisors which failed abjectly to get to the heart of these problems….as the crimes kept being repeated over and over even as their own advisors stated that none should state their facts for fear of reprisal.

Now the facts will out. And we pray that both Chevron and the Isaias family businesses one  day soon stop having to defend themselves from these cartel actors whose sole devotion is to lie and steal and cheat from others…victims….victims whose only crime was to have and hold for too long stupid lawyers and advisors but whose crime does not exist.

Worse yet, both entities fail themselves when the fail to understand the depth of the paid liars and propagandists abusing U.S.  tax dollars to cause them harm.

ECrisis has written about this for years. We would like to stop writing about this. We would appreciate more positive reports.

In fact, Chevron’s share holders should be furious that their company is defrauded not only by the anti-Chevron hedge funds, derivatives scamsters but also by these phalanxes of paid liars and fraudsters both from inside the Ecuadorean and American governments, organized to cause harm. We are furious for them because no government should create sustained harm against a lawful entity just because some of its heavy political donors, called Democratic Party money men George Soros and Tommy Boggs so say. Last we looked, both Soros and Boggs have a serious track record in lying about Ecuador to cover up its criminality.

But Randy Mastro does not say this. No one from Chevron says this. It is the missing link. Chevron’s share holders are defrauded and this entire scam needs to cease and desist.

The citizens of Ecuador are defrauded which of course continues the Correa crime spree against his own.

So… we ask again: who are the agents of racketeering here?

We are overwhelmingly overjoyed that the N.Y. federal bench will hear the RICO case against those who conspire to cause harm to innocent victims. We pray that justice will proceed. It is a heavy burden on Chevron and the federal bench in New York. This burden should not be theirs alone to bear. The U.S. government must cease its lies about Ecuador and cease conspiring to assist the anti-Chevron agents of dishonesty. Ever read what the hundreds of over-paid US AID hucksters in Ecuador deliver back to the U.S. government? Do you know what those hundreds of Carter Center buffoons do and say- in the name of the U.S. government- in Ecuador? Know what they do. Know why they do this.

Why does Randy Mastro have to be the sole voice crying in the wilderness truthfully to tell the facts about Ecuador? Why is this? He should not be alone. He should be backed by each and every truth teller in the USA and South America [if you can find any]. And even then, his tale is sadly truncated and missing key ingredients howevermuch he too will assist in defending by not denouncing the very liars who cause his clients dire harm and seek to destroy this company which deserves none of this. Is this because Correa’s best chum Soros, now running with General Electric, Ecuador’s entire energy grid….aka spot oil trading while betting against the USA?  Wonder why hedgers and derivatives boys are paying for the Chevron hatred while abusing, in conspiracy, U.S. tax dollars? Ask. $ three billion a year in full package from the USA to Correa is not chump change. Get the facts. Why does president Barack Hussein Obama refuse to retract his then-Senatorial Statement to Rafael Correa which hopes that Correa will, in essence, destroy Chevron, America’s second largest employer? Is it that the primary employees in this matter are U.S. Democrats and cannot bring themselves to comprehend what their supported politicians are doing to hurt their own company? Is that it? Why does president Obama lie vociferously about Ecuador, his great ally? Why was Ms. Cely, upon receiving improperly her credentials as plenipotentiary….which should never have happened…relaxing on the president’s desk in the Oval Office? Why the intimacy with a known, paid liar for Correa’s criminality? Why would Obama embrace such a thing? Or are they too afraid to state the truth….afraid of Obama-Soros-Clinton reprisals? If so, then the Chevron  team is every bit as pathetic as the Ecuadorean population of cowards, lemmings and cheesey criminals.

ECrisis says it again: we want Mastro to win for all the right reasons for the facts are on his side. These facts should never ever have been hidden from justice for so long.,  These facts are part of the team Obama and team Correa black out of facts in conspiracy to defraud this hemisphere. Chevron needs to do some soul searching and clean up its own internal mess… a mess made by its own employees who want to pretend that it is OK for team Obama, which they adore, to defraud their own employer…and its shareholders. Fraud is not OK. Fraud is a crime.

We remind that failing to defend one’s truths means that….they will come for you next.

Already the U.S. Department of State liars and their Soros hand maidens are busily stating that if Chevron wins its NYC case, it is a one off matter…an isolated incident, a rare abuse of U.S. justice because Chevron is so rich and the poor poor Ecuadoreans suffered more abuse from the vas t American oligarchy. This is a crude lie of course. Nothing about the charges against Chevron are based in fact. The only crime Chevron-Texaco ever committed was wasting too much corporate money on some of the worst lawyers and advisors. Full stop.  But a greater lie….the larger aberration is now growing that this is an isolated crime in Ecuador. It is not. The same pattern, the same criminals, the same fraud….the same racket hits in composite tens of thousands of regular Ecuadoreans daily. All in Ecuador is controlled by Correa and the USA and all Latin nations hide the facts about Correa’s crimes.

.Not one- not one fake legislator in Ecuador, not one governmental employee and not one media chooses to state the facts about Chevron….or any other parallel victim in identical crimes of and by the state, aided and abetted by the USA’s cover up artists.

Randy Mastro has no comprehension and no clue as to those who have gone before his star turn interview….those who daily fight for the very same law and order issues. Mastro cares nothing about the welter of freedom lovers who know that there are tens and tens of thousands of victims of the same Ecuadorean fraud schemes suffered by Chevron. Mastro, although commendable in defending his client Chevron as appropriate,  has not one idea who or what good persons and true support his efforts and have delivered their Cry of Freedom in the night…and before the U.S. media and its government. He simply does not care. Randy Mastro has no clue how many will suffer even worse fates than Chevron if his racketeering case fails in New York.  This is unfortunately a by product of arrogance and narcissism but while repulsive, is not a crime. And when Mastro wins…and he will win…we doubt he will have the honesty to ascertain that he did not win alone. It was not his sole brilliance that carried a secure determination but the sincere, hard work by the many who had not his money nor the safety of New York City. No….if not one of Chevron’s own, nothing else happens. Scores of human beings across the Western Hemisphere are supporting Chevron and know well that Chevron must win its RICO case. These are the ones who speak truth to power….not Mastro. These truth tellers live it….know it….and know well the consequences of truth telling but continue apace. Mastro knows them not nor credits them. This is a tragedy. No doubt Chevron thinks that they are the sole contact at the JOURNAL and many other media outlets regarding this trial and the actual elements that sustain the entire law suit for this too is not isolated and does not stand in a vacuum. No- Chevron does not stand alone but to date it has failed itself to comprehend that there are supporters in its midst. Is this to protect the veneer of the trial lawyers? Maybe. But a wise counsel competently comprehends all prescient beings and commends the lesser angels who stand for truth telling.

The Wall Street Journal has done a great service in bringing forward this video. It is doing the job that the Obama government and all Latin governments refuse to do: state the facts. And when not relying on their utterly compromised local news stringers, the Journal does a very good job. But this story is so huge on so many levels that we are stunned….stunned not only by the excessively dirty and corrupt U.S. Democratic Party machinery of liars but the U.S. Republicans who could care less about wasting U.S. tax payer monies to hide Correa’s massive criminality in Ecuador. We are shocked at the complicity to destroy a company….and scores and scores of companies on a smaller scale….using the same criminal tactics in a conspiracy to cause harm to the good to benefit the evil. No government should exist to make the best the enemy of the good. And that, at last, is what Randy Mastro’s law suit is about. We hope he wakes up and so says. We pray that not one hair on his mid-life hair-do is harmed. And because Randy Mastro let them, the Correa-Soros machine will be out in force against him and Chevron. Their special form of hatred does not magically self correct or disappear. Correa, who is a sociopath AND a psychopath will not magically become an honest man.

Our prayers, and the prayers of thousands of prescient beings, go with Randy Mastro in hopes that he paves the way for his more vapid, inchoate followers to step up and defend law and order, due process and liberty. It is they who must win. Chevron is just a symbol of what is so terribly wrong in Ecuador and so shocking in its defense and enabling in the USA. It is the huge number of victims in Ecuador who may win on the day that Randy Mastro is declared the winner. But we know better. It is all the victims of Ecuador….victims he cares nothing about nor even knows about. And we pray they win soon.
